It is a very nice apartment, excellent location, well equipped in all areas and with condominium amenities such as the pool, Turkish, sauna, gym, restaurant, etc. Great!!!

Lucas's apartment was a perfect place to spend 3 weeks for me and my friend. I was there to ride my bicycle, so the location was perfect to just hop on the bike and get moving. The amenities and comfort of the apartment were great. The kitchen was amazing, with all kinds of devices for prep, cooking and storage. There aren't enough superlatives to describe how happy I was with my stay at this apartment and in Rionegro in general.

We found it very central, close to the main avenue, restaurants and malls, access to the apartment is easy and the space has everything you need for a good stay, Juan is kind and responded quickly to all our questions. Recommended

The place is very quiet, suitable for families with children and with amenities for your enjoyment. There are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy close to the residential. I liked that in addition to the recommendations of the co-hosts they also have in the refrigerator many recommendations for homes.

Very pleasant and well-equipped small private house, good bedding. Located a little away from the city so very quiet, but in 5 minutes you cross the bridge that leads to the center. Kind and considerate owner.
