Excellent place, very nice, very quiet and easy to access. The person who received us was very friendly and helpful.

What a great crash pad in Guatape! We ended up adopting a dog in Colombia, so I needed some extra time there. Malu's place was perfect. Parking out front was easy. Great views. Easily walkable to city center. The stairs are a lot, but we didn't mind. GREAT shower with unlimited hot water. Watching the town from the balcony while enjoying morning coffee was awesome. We hope to stay again!

One of the best private, relaxing, calming, and romantic locations we have experienced. A quick 10 minute boat ride to this private location. The view of El Peñón de Guatapé is perfect and we awoke to this view every morning. We made use of the kayak and paddle boards on site and Jet Skis are also available for an additional price. Conveniently we were able to park in a private location at the Marina and the town of Guatape is less than a 10 minute drive. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Maria and I really enjoyed our stay, we were both delighted by the cabin and the peaceful atmosphere. Daniela was an excellent host, she was very attentive and responsive, she also recommended activities and safe reliable transportation. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to visit Guatapé.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is beautiful and had everything ready. The are seemed very safe and welcoming. Also walking distance to many great restaurants. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Guatape!!!

The place is just like the description they give, it is very quiet and cozy. My family and friends were very happy.

Don’t hesitate to book this place! Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights but could have easily stayed for longer. The house has incredible views and is very private (shares a driveway entrance with the neighbouring airbnb which you can’t see from the house.) The first day we booked a private boat trip with the driver Esteban which was so much fun. In the evening we hired the chef recommended by the hosts to cook us dinner. We also used the kayak the next day for a relaxing paddle on the lake! The location of the house means you can get to either the rock or Guatapé town in 10 minutes by Tuktuk. Perfect for beating the day trippers to the rock, coming home to relax, and then going into town after they have all left! Contact numbers for; transport from Medellin, local tuktuks, chef, boat trips and more are all provided by the hosts.

The place is excellent, a beautiful space overlooking the pier and the lake. A few steps away, I estimate that it's not even 30 meters from the path of the umbrellas and about 130 meters from the park. The apartment is on the fourth floor, but with the elevator it's great for not having to carry your luggage up. Since it has an independent entrance, it is very easy to get there without relying on anyone. Because it's Guatapé, there are no parking spaces in the building, but you can put the car in front for a few seconds to unload everything and then go to the municipal parking lot, about 400 meters away. There they charge 18 thousand pesos per night as of March 2025. The only thing I regret is that we only stayed one night. My wife and I were delighted and we will definitely be back, and this will be our first choice.
