Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

The house was spotless and with everything needed. We spent two perfect days disconnecting and relaxing. Beatriz is very friendly and available at all times. He allowed us to leave later than the scheduled time. I would go back a thousand times !

The accommodation is exactly as it appears in the ad, although I would say that it's better in reality. Very clean. Good views. Quiet. Very nicely decorated and with touches, kitchenware and a welcome gift. Totally recommended.

Such a beautiful place with gorgeous views. Extremely beautiful on the inside, with very up to date furnishings. It rained most of the time we were there but it did not ruin our visit. Would love to visit when it is warm and sunny. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location in a beautiful setting, the house is homely and comfortable with some lovely pieces of art on display, the location is fantastic with great restaurants within the local area, the beaches are within easy reach. A really enjoyable place to stay with lots to do and located that allows visiting some of the areas fabulous locations, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are a must to visit.

We felt very comfortable. Amparo and her partner are very nice and very helpful and always available. Thank you for the time there. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Nicola and Pierre’s house. The place was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outside spaces and the outside kitchen. Their villa is the closest to the swimming pool which was great for the kids but not the most private. They had left toys for the beach and pool which was great. Nicola was very helpful with recommendations of the area and she booked us a taxi from the airport, nothing seemed too much. We would definitely her place. Thank you for a lovely stay x

in September 2024 we were in Spain, we were in San Pedro Del Pinatre for the second time, but this time we found the apartment with the hostess Remedios very successfully. The apartments are excellent, clean, convenient, there is everything for living. The hostess even arranged for us to transfer from the airport and back. We really liked everything, if we come again, we will only rent these apartments.

This villa was a perfect location for the beach, shops and reataurants

We had an amazing trip as a family of 5. The location was perfect, we rented a car to get around and used the car parking space. The community was safe and secure. The pool was beautiful. The Villa was clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home with access to all apps via the tv and a great kitchen / dining area set-up. Restaurants, supermarket and beach were within easy reach. Check-in and out process was easy and smooth with host meeting us on arrival to show us around. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We had a 12 das stay at the Villa, check in and check out was Very easy, we always had someone to Talk to if we would need something, great Villa Very nice Looking and clean, the area is chill we really enjoyed it and hope to visit again. Greetings from Germany

We chose Eduardo's place for a recent family holiday, my wife & I, our youngest daughter and my wife's elderly parents. The accommodation was perfect for all of us from ground floor, accessible shower, sleeping facilities, close to many amenities like restaurants, shopping plaza, local shops etc... Eduardo was very responsive throughout from prior to arrival, during and after, often checking proactively if all was ok and any assistance or help needed. I would definitely recommend Eduardo's accommodation for any family looking to spend time in Playa Flamenca / La Florida area in the future.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

A cozy place,clean. Everything was great. We left looking forward to coming back. The bungalow is very well cared for with everything you need. The owner is super friendly,communicative,... Let's go. I have no words of thanks... We will repeat for sure... 100% recommended

We stayed in this little house in La Manga with 5 people and a puppy. The house can accommodate 8 people. The experience was excellent. Everything was super clean, and the house is just as described in the listing/photos. The house has a very practical private parking lot, with a security barrier, which was a plus. The hosts were super friendly and were always in touch, being very flexible with everything. We traveled with our dog and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the best part is that the beach is less than a minute's walk away. In addition, right across the street is a supermarket that has everything, which made life much easier during our stay. The house has everything, an iron, a microwave, a toaster, wifi, board games, etc. We didn't lack anything. In short, a highly recommended place. We would definitely go back!

Ana was an amazing host. We were greeted with a warm welcome and was always available to answer our questions. His kindness made us feel at home, the place was comfortable and had everything needed. The only thing to improve would be the heat upstairs, especially during the evenings. Thank you very much ana!

Our stay was great. Maribel is very kind, we had everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious, ideal for a large group, with very comfortable common areas. It's a quiet family area, less than a minute from the beach. Very well connected for sightseeing in Murcia and Alicante. We'll be back :)

We had a very nice stay at Jolandas place. She was waiting for us to check us in and her partner came to check us out before leaving the place. The house was well equiped and meticulously tidy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood area. I would recommend this place for adults more than families with little children. The common swimming pool was just a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed it a lot. The water was warm, there was also a smaller pool for little kids. The garden area is beatiful and there is a kiosk. The beach is a walking distance away but the road is busy. Note that you need a car to get anywhere.

Very nice spacious apartment with lots of space and good amenities. Beautiful views from all rooms, a 2-minute walk to the beach. Ana is a very nice and friendly person. She always responded quickly to the messages. We recommend Ana's place.
