Super clean and useful space near the waterfront, about 10-15minute drive from the center of Valencia. Comfortable and useful with a washer/dryer and secure parking. Host was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stop in a great city.

Leticia was the perfect host. Villa was beautifully furnished with books and music which we enjoyed. Couldn’t fault the kitchen or appliances. Beds, bed linen immaculate. Great pool and gardens. Altogether a lovely stay and Leticia must take great credit for that. We can’t recommend it highly enough. A car is a must, although not far, you wouldn’t want to walk into town.

Great Vacation!! David is a host of ten ,very friendly and was pending giving us all kinds of directions . David's home is a wonder,in a quiet development with a pool and a two-minute walk from an impressive beach of fine sand. Being already low season,not all restaurants were open but there are options to choose from. Greatly our choice and totally recommended.I 'm sure we'll be back.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

The accommodation without a doubt to repeat, the duño is very friendly and attentive. Easy access, very quiet neighborhood and very close beach. To repeat and highly recommended for other users.

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE BIG AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS IMMENSE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE TO BE ALL GATHERED. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE'LL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR THE ENTRANCE AND FOR THE EXIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.

Checking couldn’t have gone any smoother, only if I spoke Spanish, we muddled our way through with laughs and giggles. Estela is very friendly, kind and helpful. Location is remote, quiet and beautiful and the accommodation was perfect when travelling with dogs. Thank you for your hospitality, Dale & Sue

The location is something else. Right in the middle of the greenest part of the entire area, with great views. The house is cute and convenient. But above all, Martin is a wonderful host, always open to help, pro-active and willing to give advice with regards to what to do in the area Recommend 10/10
