Vacation rentals in El Dosel

The house is great as seen, everything is very well cared for and some newly renovated areas. The house is in an urbanization 10 minutes from Javea with beaches and areas of interest. It has space pa to leave two cars and park well outside. The pool area and very way barbecue, also the playground area for children with grass area. The kitchen is very good and has almost everything, the living room is true that it does not have air conditioning but the area and spaces do not make it indispensable either. In the rooms yes there, what I don't remember if in all. There are 3 bedrooms and a shared area with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. The 3 rooms are very good and very spacious. By taking out a but, the sofa bed area is in the pass area upstairs but has a bathroom. And another small inconvenience is that the two rooms below share one's private bathroom. This issue of distribution is the only drawback, but for a few days nothing happens. Gabriela is charming and predisposed.

Small flat in a good location. Close to beaches. Close to either promenade. Many restaurants. Small grocery store very close. Bus stop to central Calpe or tram station very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice touch with spices, oil, vinegar, etc.

Jaime's apartment is ideal for holidays in Patacona and Valencia. A few meters from the sea, very nice and well equipped and with a garage. Jaime has great attention so we had a beautiful experience.

Matt’s place was phenomenal, comfortable, cozy and clean. Matt was very attentive and on top of any concerns we had. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Javea

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

It was fantastic. The bed super comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, with new appliances. Apartamento Limpio, comfortable and very well kept. Super cool, it has air conditioning but with the ceiling fans to spare. The pool 10 steps away from the terrace The beach of Marineta Casiana, is 100 meters away. The location is excellent. Quiet area. Quiet, quiet and very nice urbanization. We loved 🤩 it hopefully we can come back next year and stay longer. Thank you Katia for your attention, you have a lovely apartment.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!
