first experience in the application was very satisfactory. the property is in a special point, a pasitos del Puerto y de Gorlero. important for the summer, with a lot of concurrence: it has a garage in the subsoil. Apto. new, no complications. Very friendly host as well as the front desk staff.

Very nice house, spacious and comfortable ideal to spend with family and friends. I recommend it.

The santi was a great host, always attentive and ready to help with all the questions we had. The house has an ideal location for resting and spending a few quiet days on the beach. It is equipped with all that is needed and in excellent condition.

Fantastic location, attached to the beach. A very peaceful area, ideal for connecting with nature in a jewel of architecture. The house is very comfortable and practical and every detail is thought out. Would stay here a thousand times again!

Everything was spotless worked! The apartment is as described, Jorge had flexibility to check in a few hours and the garage is spacious and easy to circulate.

This wonderful little retreat was nearly perfect, except that the fishermen had decided to eliminate flood risks due to recent heavy rains by draining the lagoon. There was NO LAKE - only mud. I don't know how often that happens, but it should be made known before-hand if this has ever happened before or will ever potentially happen again. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk. There were no people to be found - incredible! The home is has ample space, quiet, rustic and quirky, and definitely a place we'd love to go back to. I rated our stay a perfect '5' without factoring in the fact there was no lake, as everything else was AMAZING! We loved the pool and had a really nice asado too! The little market near the home had some firewood to get us going (we got more from the vendor the owner provided as well). It also had some very basic food items, but more of a kiosk than a market - bring all that you can imagine needing and you'll love it. This is a gem of a find - loved it!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, impeccable and is located in an unbeatable place! Wake up early and appreciate the sunrise and later the sun on the terrace and the sea (which is there) made my mornings with a coffee in hand and that incredible view, the best of my vacation! It is super well located, on a quiet street but at the same time just a few blocks from the shopping street, the port and only 3 from a very complete supermarket. Would return to this apartment every summer. I loved it! Very comfortable and cute amenities. The attention of everyone: the owner, the people who work in the building, impeccable!

Just finished a week in Jose Ignacio at "Nolita" with my kids and couple of their friends. The 8 of us had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone; a beautiful pool and patio to hang out on; and a wonderful parilla - we stayed in and grilled on a couple of nights just because the setup was so good. House is an easy walk from a great stretch of beach, 15 minute walk to the middle of town, 5 minute walk to the bakery. Privacy and convenience in one package.

I already want to return to Carlos’ peaceful home. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had in the Punta de Este area. The home was just perfect and Carlos was kind and extremely helpful with everything. I can’t wait to come back.
