Vacation rentals with a patio in El Centenario

A great stay in La Paz. Tom was there to answer any questions we had. Wonderful staff at the condo complex as well.

Quiet and comfortable place, 10/10 the host's attention when I communicated with him. My uncles had a good time. It is worth mentioning that the steps of the access staircase (once inside the "lobby" to go to the room), were very high. We had no problems, but if I consider they are not accessible to everyone.

Really enjoyed staying here while on a solo trip to La Paz! The loft was the perfect size for one person and was set in a safe quiet commnuity.

Place is simple with everything you need for short or long stay. Gustavo is a friendly and helpful host! Noise from traffic and barking dogs is unavoidable, but earplugs to sleep worked perfect for me.

A very pleasant stay, zero noise at night, so you can rest completely. Two full bathrooms and one toilet, it's excellent. In front of a Soriana, one block from the main avenue, which makes it very easy to head north, and you can get to the pier in 10 minutes. The house is excellent, a fabulous extra is that they have bottles of water in the refrigerator. A terrace to have a glass of wine at night, when you arrive from activities. Thank you so much for everything, in my recommendations I will include it for my acquaintances who travel to this beautiful destination La Paz Baja California

The place is just like and the photos , a super nice and cozy house, if it is winter it is not cold in the house and the subdivision is very safe, the communication with the host is super good and very attentive, the place is 20 min from the seawall by car but super easy to reach , 100%recommended

The lodging was extremely pleasant, I will definitely return, everything was super well, the house was very well equipped and clean, in addition to having shops nearby and the area is quiet, plus Reyna was very kind and helped us at all times, thank you very much.☺️

Tom was very responsive. The place is great if you bring kids, with a warm pool they’ll enjoy. It’s a big place and you can have everything you need for having lunch there. It’s safe if you bring a car.

This home was perfect for what we needed, which was a place to sleep and cook breakfast as we had multiple excursion days out on the water. The bed was very comfortable!! The host was very quick to reply with a few questions we had.

We will definitely stay here again. It was very spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Staff at the gate were very pleasant to deal with. A real gem.

had a great stay! place was just as described. lots of people said you need a car, but we didn't rent one. it was a simple 20 minute walk down to the end of the strip. we used uber and didi when needed and they were both super affordable. airport is only 30 minutes away. it is at the top of the hill so it gets windy compared to the area closer to the beach . overall great stay!

Our experience at this Airbnb in La Paz was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly attentive, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great recommendations for local area. The property itself was immaculate. The decor had a modern yet cozy touch, and the space was thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. The outdoor balcony was perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. I will say there isn’t a dryer in condo as listed, but we were able to hang clothes on dry rack and they were dry by next day so no biggie. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown La Paz for easy access to shops and dining, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful roof top patio that feels like your own because you are the only suit upstairs, so close to the beach for sunsets and sunrise. High ceilings which keeps it nice and cool, GREAT water pressure and hot water which is hard to find. Having a washer and dryer accesible was so nice as well. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the malecón which we loved doing every day along the bike path. The only con is the kitchen is very small for someone that wants to cook but it has the essentials and is fine for a few days.

It's a nicely appointed and well managed apartment about 10 minutes from the malecon in a safe neighborhood. It has a view of the water and we loved that we could walk out the sliding glass doors and directly to the pool area. We also enjoyed eating outside and watching the beautiful sunsets. We appreciated the amenities, including the small gym, pickleball courts, and playground. Miguel and Julio were very responsive and helpful. We appreciated their support and understanding with a problem we caused and resolved it quickly. They also recommended a local tour group who were fantastic. Our kids loved the pool (unheated) and hot tub. It felt like our own private pool since we only shared it one other time during our stay. One thing to note, you do need to ask for the hot tub to be turned on and it takes 2 hours to heat up. This wasn't a problem for us and either Miguel or Julio would ask for us or there is someone who cleans the pool daily so it's easy to ask in the morning.

This condo is very private and safe. It is about 5 blocks from the Malecon and near many restaurants. All within walking distance. The condo is modern. It has its own parking. It is a gated building. Alan and Luz were quick to respond to inquiries. Would stay again when visiting La Paz. Thank you Luz and Alan.
