Family-friendly vacation rentals in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

We had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants overlooking the ocean. We particularly enjoyed Luz de Luna in Malvarrosa beach. Supermarkets are close and easy to access. Perfect setting to relax after visiting Valencia highlights and enjoying paella in El Rek over La Albufera. Thank you Diana for being a great host.

Rosana’s villa was wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The books, toys, and the pool were a big hit with our 4 year old. I loved the movie theater room. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We also appreciated having access to a stroller and the garage.

The Department of Justo was love at first sight and not disappointed. In addition to all the comforts it offers has a piano in the room that for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind to her space, she shares her home and her assets as if her guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. I greeted us with an aperitif upon arrival and was in touch prior to every moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full ban̈os in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. Leaves you beach items, space in their placars. It has filtered water on the faucet that looks like a paved but it greatly solves the daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Science and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that it has a theme of smell when operating the main ban? o but I'm afraid that a general theme of Valencia and not my own)

Great large and very bright apartment. The treatment with Luisa from the first moment was attentive and let us in a little earlier and easy to leave. We felt right at home at all times Good location of the oceanographic and the city of the arts 15min by foot. Y 5 from the mall Metro and bus stop, namas exit the apartment. With garage and swimming pool Definitely a great apartment that has everything and you feel safe in the complex If we come back to another day in Valencia, we will definitely repeat

We had a wonderful time, the location was great and the apartment perfect for a family gathering. The host was very helpful even when we set off the smoke alarm! We would highly recommend this apartment at any time of the year.

Excellently located for the conference centre with nice restaurants near by. Easy to follow the instructions to locate the apartment. Unfortunately the indoor pool was broken & it was raining too much to use the outdoor pool

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

had a very good stay at Ling and Alejandro's. the apartment is close to the Serrano's Tower which is the gateway to the historical centre. there is a lift/elevator which is a bonus... apartment very clean and mattress is comfortable. the place is quiet. wheelchair accessible and wifi has strong connection. The apartment has all the necessary things including a washing machine and a tumble dryer including an iron, ironing board.

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring València, all the sights are within walking distance. You can be in the beautiful Turiapark in minutes, about 15 minutes to the cathedral and there are countless restaurants for every taste and budget in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station, all in direct surroundings. With a large car you have to be a little patient, but you can also find a parking space at any time. The location of the apartment is an absolute highlight and Valencia is really worth a visit.

I recently stayed at Magui's apartment for 11 nights. It features an oversized Living/Dining area with 11+ foot ceilings and original (1935) tile floors with different patterns in each space. The larger bedroom has a unique "Big Dipper" on the wall. Magui (and I) are not minimalists - the apt. features an array of eclectic furnishings. A home - not a hotel. (The pictures are accurate.) The flat is near bus lines and the metro, and a short walk to the Old City. Many restaurants and cafes are in the area, and a great supermarket is a short 2 block walk. Magui attended to all my inquiries and needs., and I would stay again. A unique, spacious apartment in a nice part of Valencia.

It was a magnificent experience! My family and I are extremely grateful for the accommodations, time and support that Edu was given 24/7. Friendly and fast communication really made us feel like home during this week in Valencia. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.

This was our first visit to Valencia—what a beautiful city! It’s overwhelming when you’re trying to figure out where to stay. This location was perfect and the accommodations exceeded our expectations! It was conveniently located within walking distance of City of Arts and Sciences surrounded by beautiful green space. Restaurants and shopping close by. Super Market a quick three minute walk! We would definitely come back— if you’re looking for “home away from home” for a small group or family (small children included), this is it!

Vicente is a fantastic, very responsive and hospitable host. He provided us with all the information about the city, locations to visit etc. Me and my family were happy to stay at the apartment. Location is good, close to the beach, restaurants and nice commuting to the city center. We will definitely come back to Vicente and highly recommend his apartment to all travellers visiting Valencia

We had a great stay at Rita’s place for this year’s marathon. For us it was really great to have a location this close to the train station and also to the centre as well as an amazing kitchen with everything you could dream of to prepare meals (such as your pre-marathon pasta). I would definitely stay there again – it’s a great and cosy home!

Stay in line with our expectations (Valencia marathon). the accommodation is ideally located to participate in the race (20 minutes from the center of Valencia) But above all the accommodation is perfect: clean, all the necessities, a few meters from the beach... really very nice again thank you for the rental. we will come back without hesitation

Our stay at María’s place was the perfect way to end our trip in Spain after a busy week in Valencia. It was a peaceful location looking right out on the water just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. We loved walking around the marina area and checking out the restaurants. We’d highly recommend her place to friends and family.

Very nice apartment, clean and quiet. We left the car in the parking lot. The City of Arts and Science is at the end of the street, the city center 10 minutes by metro and the beach 20 minutes by bus. A large shopping mall is within a 10-minute walk. Reyes is very friendly, we enjoyed her welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s apartment. Sea views from the balcony and the beach is right there! John was super welcoming and friendly, a highlight in our stay. The apartment looks just as in the photos and is very comfortable.

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

Roberto was very friendly and available at all times. Communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend Roberto as a host and would certainly stay at his property again.
