Very well furnished studio, peaceful, quiet place. Very nice bedding. Margreet left us small gifts like small chocolates for Easter, small beers and enough coffee pods for our stay, it's very nice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing

Lovely upstairs apartment in a scenic and peaceful neighborhood. Angelika was a terrific host who was responsive to all of our questions and requests. As this is an annual visit to Heinsberg, we hope to book with her again!

We enjoyed our stay at Iris’ place. The house was warm, clean and cosy. The fact we had to wear sliders in the house was fine but it did make us a little nervous about noise even though we were incredibly careful not to.

It has a really beautiful and peaceful location in the nature. The house is equipped with basically everything you need even if you stay for a longer period. Linda was a great host. She was happy to help out with a few things.

Unique experience in such an old historical building

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Great place. Must book for those who like to be little away from crowded city environment, like village vibes yet close to city. Jacqueline is a friendly host - made our check-in easy, stays next door nd can be reached when required either by phone or by a 'Hi' away. She's always smiling and ready help. The house is situated in the middle of farm lands little away from the city, we had a pleasant stay, exploring the nature the farm animals. Jacqueline and family were kind enough to be with us while we were petting their farm animals and kids had lot of fun being there. Jacqueline’s pet dog 'Chucky' was friendly and likes to play with kids, a typical Labrador... Recommended to go via your own transport (car) as public transport doesnt appear to be frequent enough. We would love to visit this place again.... Thanks Jacqueline.

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

Small cocoon of tranquility in the heart of a charming little village. This accommodation is beautiful both outside with the terrace and views of the beautiful lake, and inside. Nothing is missing (towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron, etc.) and the services are of quality (comfortable bedding, XXL bathroom with shower and bathtub, large living room where it is good to rest in the evening, kitchen). We loved our long weekend in this accommodation about 30 minutes from cities to visit like Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague. Only to note: provide earplugs for the night because when the accommodation above is occupied, we heard walking/running until late and it echoed in our accommodation.
