Very professional handling and very great service center with friendly local staff. The house was cozy and equipped with everything you should expect in a vacation home.

Everything worked out, the children could walk alone or cycle across the dike. Unfortunately, dish soap and sponge were not provided.

Highly recommended! The outstanding location and the equipment of the houses invites you to relax. For a late check-in (without starting the office of the facility), please make sure that you are in front of the right house. There are two different systems that have the same house numbers and are easy to confuse due to the clutter-free road route due to construction. Beach view is characterized by the gable roofs. The other system has flat or desk roofs. All in all a fantastically located, well equipped domicile.

Very nice house for large groups. We stayed in this house on a weekend with 22 people, we enjoyed it very much. Very good equipment, enough dishes for everyone, great kitchen with huge fridge and freezer, as well as 2 dishwashers. Pool table, ping pong table, darts and pool area in very good condition. Highly recommend. There is another construction site opposite the house, but she didn't bother us on the weekends.

We enjoyed the holiday in Olpenitz very much. We stayed there with 8 adults and a small dog for 7 days. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Pool & sauna was used by us daily and there was always something to be done through all the play offers. (NK was just over 520€). In addition, anyone can avoid themselves to have their peace and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, we were even able to bake cakes! The sea was within walking distance of 10-15 and even in winter temperatures we liked every walk to the quiet Baltic Sea. There is an Edeka right at the entrance of the settlement. For communication: You can inquire about everything you need from the service team of the settlement. There is always someone there and helpful. Contact is NOT via AirB&B. We did not receive any answers.

Completely unproblematic communication, flexible arrival and departure was possible. Unfortunately, there are still many houses in the shell or almost finished condition. Therefore, the area looks very much like construction site. The way to the house was in not such a good condition, but it is currently the case and will definitely change soon. We would gladly go there again. No comparison to the similarly large houses of a competitor. These are consistently in a significantly worse condition. Especially the kitchen is excellent for larger groups of people. Two ovens, a huge fridge and an just as large freezer allow for an extensive supply!

The house is great for large groups and you can do a lot. For the price, we would only have wanted soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, as well as dish soap in the kitchen.

Everything is great so far. It is being built a lot in the area right now, so you don't have to expect much. But the accommodation itself was as described.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Only the 4 sleeping options under the roof are not necessarily recommended for tall people. There are various leisure activities in and around the property. The beach is within walking distance through the cottage settlement (about 15-20 minutes walk). An Edeka is also right around the corner. We had a very very very nice stay! :)
