The penthouse apartment has everything you need. The view is fantastic. What annoyed was the parking situation. But the landlords can't do that. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year

The two of us were able to spend four beautiful days at the place. The location is great, only 9km to Brocken, easy to reach the Okertalsperre to hike there. The apartment is very small, but so far everything we needed is available. Small bathroom, small kitchen with some equipment for cooking. Unfortunately, the sofa bed did not do so well to my back, but this is a matter of taste and habituation, which did not detract from our vacation. Sigrid is very friendly and tries to make everything right. Thank you for hosting.

Opening the gate and doors with the transponder is slightly tricky, but with a little patience and practice it works pretty well. The room is nicely and conveniently furnished. In the bathroom there is also enough space for the utensils of daily care, the shower is nice and large. A lot of trucks pass over the night, but you hardly hear the traffic at all - the windows are really well insulated - I slept really well. The room is located just outside in an industrial area, but with the car that's no problem at all - you quickly got from A to B. There is also plenty of free parking in front of the building. Marc is also very friendly and easily accessible. Booked right back for the next week.

Rita is very kind! Responds quickly. For a family of 2 adults + 2 children (1.5 years old and 6 years old)+ 1 dog fits the holiday apartment fine. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Feel free to come back again!

We have been to the Harz several times with holidays. This apartment is great. There is everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, space for games for our son (3.5 years). There is also a swimming pool downstairs, and a game room. It snowed a few days before our arrival. That was beautiful. The paths were easily accessible and we carved and hiked wonderfully.

We spent an extended weekend in Mühlhausen. Since we are always looking for something with our little dog with a garden and dog-friendly environment, the city apartments caught our eye, as this was exactly what was visible in the pictures. Our expectations were exceeded. All super accommodating and friendly and in the middle of the city still having such a great garden is very nice. Clear recommendation and if we are around again, we will also choose the Burkhard family again.
