House for family with 8 people (4 bedrooms) who would like to celebrate holidays in beautiful Alkmaar. Beautiful kitchen with a delicious coffee machine. Free parking and station are a 10-minute walk away. You have all the luxury you wish for on vacation! Beautiful southwest facing garden (evening sun) and BBQ available. Park for the children is close by. Close to the beautiful center of Alkmaar (walk 20 min.). Forest at 10 min and 15 min to the beach! Train to Amsterdam 40 min. Not Suitable for Parties.

Cozy apartment on the top floor of a typical late 1800s building in Amsterdam's lively neighborhood De Pijp, overlooking the beautiful Sarphatipark. Quiet, light, and very private for this area's standards because of its location, with a rooftop terrace. Beware of the STEEP stairs, though - my place is very comfy once inside, but you need to be rather fit and brave to haul your luggage upstairs. Also, note that Dutch houses were not built for hot weather and typically have no A/C.

We offer a three floor apartment (120m2). At a canal in a trendy area, just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from the city center, this will be the perfect base to explore the city. Just around the corner there are many nice restaurants, supermarkets and a tramstop. But after you have climbed the stairs of our apartment you will find yourself in an oasis of serenity. With the highlight being the covered and heated roof terrace, where you could even do work outs.

Elegant Family Home near Amsterdam with Green Egg

Elegant, characteristic, spacious, light, house with a luxurious touch. Located close to Amsterdam and Utrecht, the hey, the forest, and the lakes with all amenities, bars and restaurants at walking distance. We added this year a gardenroom to the house and renovated our back garden. Besides that we added a new bathroom at the second floor. The house is perfectly equiped for families up to 7 adults and 2 kids.
