In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Sunny and private 2500 sqm garden. We are looking for a discrete family or couple that take good care of our beloved house.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

The villa has been updated in 2019 with new appliances, heating system and all surface layers inside, renovated bathroom with heating floor, shower, wc and washing machine. An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom.
