Vacation rentals with breakfast in Edgartown

We absolutely loved staying at Julie's airbnb for our girls weekend on the cape! Julie was incredibly responsive and let us check in early. The location was super walkable - convenient to the beach and many restaurants. We also walked to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a day which was a great perk. Airbnb was spotless and felt like home. It even had a big outdoor shower! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Falmouth.

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

Mary and David made me feel right at home. They were kind, easy to communicate with and went out of their way to be helpful. The room is beautiful as shown on the pictures - comfy bed with pristine linens, everything was clean and quiet. In the morning I was greeted by their friendly dog in the kitchen while pouring a cup of coffee. Also, I enjoyed nature walks to the lake a few steps from their house. I highly recommend this place. Good value and great experience.

My son and I were greeted by Ginny as we pulled into the driveway. She kindly helped us find a parking spot:) Craig came out with the dogs, who are absolutely adorable, and we instantly felt at home. The B&B itself was beautiful and comfortable. Craig was super friendly and so much fun to chat with. The whole experience was wonderful.

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

Quiet and peaceful spot, loved the cat, horse and chickens. Really friendly host made us feel totally at home. Comfy bed and she even had coffee and pumpkin bread for us in the morning! Highly recommend Elaine's place. I got an Uber from the ferry for around $20, and I walked back to the ferry in around 35 minutes. Elaine really generously gave us a ride to the wedding we were attending. The location is really accessible if you rent a bike. Very homey - I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Elaine.

Great rental for a solo trip or couple interested in staying on the cape for fun summer beach weekend!! The apartment was located in a quaint neighborhood with ample parking and was very easy to come and go. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and relax

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We enjoyed our stay at Monica & TJ's AirBnB and we were very impressed walking into a comfortable, modern welcoming home with everything we could ever need for our three week stay here. We appreciated the extra little things they would bring or do for us and we felt welcomed and safe during our long stay. We were here for a time being until we found a permanent residence but, we would certainly come back to stay for a vacation to enjoy the beautiful location by the water.

Don’t miss this gem in the rough. Judie was an incredible host. The place was so beautiful and peaceful. We stayed for two nights. First night sleep was okay, not because anything was wrong. I just needed time to accustom to the new environment. Second night was fantastic. Judie also served us breakfast which was just included. Don’t miss it, you won’t regret it! I’m will definitely book here again. Thank you Judie for your hospitality.

David and Linda are excellent hosts who worked hard to make our stay comfortable. I have several food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, eggs) that David thoughtfully and creatively accommodated, creating exceptional hot breakfasts for the two days that we stayed with them. They were present, available if you needed them, but completely unobtrusive. I would recommend staying with them without reservation!

Such an amazing stay in a beautiful historic home! Paul and Tracey were so accommodating. We had such an amazing time! Learned so much. Had a great breakfast. Parking right in front. Quiet and comfortable.

Charles was amazing. Everything was perfect - exceptionally clean and comfortable lodging, incredible breakfast, and Charles was very communicative and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!!!

This is such a beautiful, warm place to stay. The bed was so comfortable and everything in the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. There was a little treat basket in the room with the most delicious peppermint patties! The common areas were beautifully decorated and inviting. I wish we could have stayed longer but our schedule only allowed us one night there.

Top-tier space and host. Two lovely bedrooms, bath, and even a private sitting room (with ample books and art!). Charlie is an unparalleled host. The breakfast and conversation are delightful. I accidentally put salt in my coffee. Delights abound!
