My partner and I stayed at Jenny’s place over NYE with our two dogs. As other reviews have mentioned, the house and outdoor spaces are definitely better in real life than they look in the pics! Super clean house, fully fenced and secure backyard with entertaining area- BBQ, fire pit etc. Loved the upstairs balcony to watch the sunset! The river is an easy walk away, but it was really busy being the holiday period so we ended up driving 5min upstream into the forest for a quieter spot to swim and Stand up paddle instead. Surrounding bushland was great for morning runs with the dogs. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with the family or a group of friends!

We stayed for 2 nights in Sophie's place and absolutely loved our time there! The home was huge and spacious and lived up to the photos and more. The accommodation was spotless and tastefully decorated, blending old charm with modern comforts. The kitchen was fully equipped, making preparing meals during our stay easy. The host has thought of everything you need to make your stay a home away from home with a well-stocked kitchen. There are ample items for cleaning, chopping, kitchen wrap/foil/baking paper, oils, vinegar, s&p, bbq tools, list is too long to mention. Photos provide more info We enjoyed the outdoor space and used the bbq which was in great condition. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, which included a well-shaded area for the kids to play and a lovely patio perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation with enough seating for all six of us. The main bathroom is huge and well stocked with amenities, eg. hair ties, straightener, dryer etc. Would return

We really appreciated the offer of early check in and late check out - thankyou. Not sure who enjoyed it more the humans or the dogs! We'll be back.

The house was just what we needed as a party of 6 adults and a child. Having air conditioning in every bedroom was amazing on those 40°C days and the living room had plenty of space for us all. The floor was a little uneven in spaces which was a challenge for my newly walking 1yo but overall our stay was lovely and Tayla had clear instructions and was always available if we needed.

Great dog friendly place to stay. Very clean and secure fenced yard. Convenient location close to shops. We enjoyed our stay!

Great quiet stay in the tiny house. It is tiny but we sprawled to the outside undercover kitchen. It’s like camping but not camping, with big comfy bed, outdoor shower, flush toilet and fridge and bbq/cooker. So restful with lovely forest view to the river and great walks along the river. Donna and Clint were super helpful and left lovely touches everywhere we looked! Loved it

We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for us, all beds very comfortable, air conditioners did a great job in the Summer heat, kitchen had everything we needed, loungeroom very comfortable and the pool was great! We will definitely be back. It suited us as 3 adults having a girls weekend away but would also work well for families. We loved it!

We were 2 young families and the place was great and spacious for us and the kids, the pool was so much fun but unfortunately the local hotel no longer operates so the closest place to get a nice meal was Echuca which is a bit of a drive with kids but such a nice place to hang out. Michael was so easy to deal with and nothing was an issue.

We had a wonderful stay! The house felt so homely and welcoming, with plenty of space for both us and our dogs to relax. The pool and outdoor area were a definite highlight — perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A lovely house with everything you need and very spacious. Location was very peaceful and easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed for 2 nights and our family of 3 generations had a wonderful time together at 'Rancho Relaxo'. There were 13 of us including 6 children. We spent the middle day on the property. No rushing about and no traffic noise. It was most relaxing. We went for a bush walk where the kids found animal bones and, for city kids, this was most exciting. Swimming in the pool was a highlight, especially with the temperature around 40 Celsius. The house was perfect for our group with 4 queen bed rooms for the adults and a very large space where all the children could sleep. The rumpus area was taken over by the children who occupied themselves very happily without adult intervention. All in all, a farm stay we will remember.

You need to stay at this location. If you ever feel at home at your local pub, try this on for size. You quite literally go to sleep and wake up at the pub. You are right next door to a BP servo that offers anything from petrol to pool toys, the Murray river is a 4 minute drive away, your neighbours are a flock of sheep, and you could drive 15 minutes down the road to Echuca and invite the entire town back because you would fit them in your backyard. Owner and groundskeeper are super friendly and assist with anything you need. You may find a few jolly swagmen and passerby's will need to use your loo, but it's up to you whether you let them in, after-all, the original signage poses this place as a pub. This place is unreal nonetheless, and you will NOT be disappointed.

We booked both McKinlay townhouses as we were attending a family function at a local restaurant. we had 3 couples staying in number 2 and they loved the 3 bedrooms each with own walk in robe and bathroom. The home is tastefully furnished and had everything you needed. Great location. We will book again!

Lovely house, very spacious and clean. Julie was a very responsive host and welcomed my dog to come and stay so the fenced backyard was excellent.

Janet was friendly and proactive in her communications - I small hiccup was quickly attended to and her efforts very much appreciated. Our staff member enjoyed their stay.
