The house was very clean and tidy and felt homely and cosy. The village is beautiful and peaceful, just right if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. With a big kitchen and two bathrooms, this is a perfect space for a family to stay. Gilly is a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely stay there again.

will was a great host. easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. had advantage of an early check in which was super helpful to us. the house worked well for a big family and location was perfect to wonder down the road to the high street and sea.

We loved our stay at Mude Gardens, a great open plan space downstairs (which opens onto the garden), good size bedrooms and very well presented throughout. The host was very responsive The only point we’d flag is that the back garden has a couple of large drops straight into a stream, the garden is therefore unsuitable for children less than 4/5 without constant supervision (which wasn’t made clear on the site). We otherwise loved our stay.

The property was immaculate. When we walked in it felt homely, but also modern throughout. Everything was clean and bright. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was clean, modern and had everything we needed. It felt very private with the courtyard and paddock. We would highly recommend this property.

The location was also perfect for walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. The weather was also fabulous ( but I don't think they provided that! ) I cannot fault this holiday home. This house is a great base to explore Hayling Island. You can walk to the beach and local walking trails. The shower was good, we parked the car and left it there all week. Home is bright , airy and modern. Comfortable bed and washing facilities and garden/ washing line. Nicola was very helpful and we recommend this highly. Never been to Hayling Island before but fell in love with the wildness, untouched beauty of the coastline and sea swimming...
