It is located on the third upper floor/attic of an apartment building directly on the Elbe or the ferry/steam dock not far from the train station. This as well as the ferry and steamship mooring, the fortress express, the amusement park, the climbing park, the boat and bike rental as well as the campsite can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.
