Vacation rentals with a patio in Eastern District

Kim’s apartment was excellent. Just right for my solo stay. So easy to check in. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Quieter than Central but still very well located I would stay in Sai Ying Pun again. Kim was a great host.

Julia was very responsive and supportive during our stay. This is a good choice for hongkong travel because it is close to the Centre and also the ferry to Macau

It’s a small place, but very good value. A very convenient location - a short walk to the MTR, so it’s very easy to travel to other areas. The host is very responsive.

Our family of four had a great stay at Caroline’s apartment. Caroline is a good host, regularly checking in with us. We felt very welcomed. The apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment in between activities. The location of the apartment is very central and walkable to the mid levels escalators and MTR. Not only that, plenty of taxis pass by the apartment to take you to your destinations fast. We stayed for 6 nights and had a fabulous holiday in no small part to this great apartment.

When we saw the beautiful terrace and the decorations, we knew this was the place for us! The location is so perfect for anything that you may want, and inside the apartment it is cosy and well decked out with super clear instructions, and has a lovely wardrobe areas with floor length mirrors. The building reception guy was not super friendly, but he was just doing his job I guess. :) The terrace of course is amazing and has so much space to enjoy which is a luxury in Hong Kong.

This is a gem of an apartment with a big balcony. Excellent location in Happy Valley HK. We’d love to stay again.

Great location in Hong Kong for short- or long-term stays. The space is quiet and clean, and the neighborhood is a perfect home base for exploring the city. Easy communications with the host. 5 stars!

We had an extremely relaxing stay in Anoes’ home. It is a wonderful retreat. We took our meals and coffee on the porch listening to rain on the roof and watching banana trees flower in front of the sea. The house interior is spacious and clean and the AC works well. We also very much enjoyed the walk to town along the wooded pedestrian lath. Anoes was a wonderful host. We hope to return.

Great stay perfect for what my family needed! The grill definitely needed to be cleaned and the yard was a bit messy but other than that it was great stay! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Want to give my endorsement for Alex's place. It is a larger place, by Hong Kong standards, and that's good for families. There are two full baths plus one additional toilet. The master suite is big with a good desk with monitor. Everyone needs to take their work with them these days, and that was a plus for me. Big living room with JUMBO flat screen. We brought our console and played video games "life sized"! Cold airconditioning for the hottest days this summer I'm sure. A little girls room and a boys room, again good for family stay. The beach behind is good for kids with a warm shallow baywater, no big waves... playground on the beach. The plaza nearby has everything needed, grocery store, restaurants, bars, MickyD's. Note to those familiar with Discovery Bay, the plaza is undergoing a long term renovation. You are going to find "old" restaurants gone and new ones in different spots. And there is a trampoline in the backyard! Easy check in/out. Also ice rink in plaza.

Francesca's location is a tuckedaway gem in the tranquil Lamma Island, after arriving at the Yung Shue Wan Pier it is a short 5 minute climb to the airbnb. The airbnb is surrounded by nature and a perfect getaway from the busy citylife. There are a plethora of books, board games and amenities available and it is cozy and comfortable for up to 4-5 pax. The wet bathroom is clean and modern. The location is relatively convenient and there are plenty of restaurants and grocers on the main street of Yung Shue Wan.

Fred's place is easy to find & quite large compared to many other bnb rooms on the island. Literally 30 sec from the beach! Minutes from a cafe with great drinks & pizza & lots of restaurants to choose from within 10 min walk. It's great to have a balcony & a roof to chill out. Relatively clean & quiet at night. Good communication. Great value!!

Amazing, relaxing and healing place would recomend to everyone to get away from the city

My Google map didn't work well somehow. Mark juz came to pick up us immediately. Highly appreciated! There's only 1 restaurant nearby and he offered to grab us food from Mui Wo. Never met such a nice host!

Eunice is very nice person, She had done extra work during weekend for me to make my stay easier,I had a good time to stay there.

Aman is a great host. He often inquired if I had everything I needed during my stay. He is kind and polite, often offers me snacks, lunch and dinner. This place is quiet, and the AC and shower were great.

Solid and positive stay. Edith provided lots of communication and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It worked well for our family of four, and the view across the harbor were an added bonus.

Truly five stars across the board! the room match the description, but what was unexpected is the level of hospitality and kindness. she met me at the train station to walk me to the apartment. which by the way was pristine. then she recommended all the things to do in hong kong tailored to my schedule. the room was quite and comfy. highly recommend and i hope you get to enjoy your stay the way i did.

Aman is a very nice man and the place quite good-easy to get and clean and cozy. His response was very timely and helpful. I was very impressed as he helped me with booking the squash court and prepared good flavor milk tea( I think everyone should have a try if got chances! Quite good one!!!) Thank you Aman for the warm reception, which made me feel as comfortable as staying with friend, also home away from home. And really enjoy the talk and sharing with you. Look forward to seeing you again :)

Lovely place, a bit far (10-15 walk) from town center but that’s exactly what we wanted and we had a very quiet night. Directions to get to the place were accurate but we were coming from the other side of the island so it was a bit confusing at first :) we had to follow them backwards! The house setup is lovely, the fairy lights in the outside area and the ocean view were very nice too!

My family had a great stay at Jeanie's place, very spacious and warm apartment! Love the open kitchen, living room and master bathroom! Thank you Jeanie for the beautiful listing, will be a great memory for my family!
