Vacation rentals with a patio in Eastern District

Good location, good local supermarkets and wet markets, easy transport, clean comfortable place for couple, great comfortable bed and bedding. A reasonable and fair pricing, a very responsive host. We had a comfortable and good stay.

The location was perfect, offering easy access to highlight nearby attractions, neighborhoods, or transportation options. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as welcome bottle of wine,local recommendations. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend staying at Federica’s place to anyone visiting Hong kong. I can't wait to return!

Our group of 4 adults stayed at Caroline's place for the holidays. Her apartment is in a convenient and great neighborhood for transportation, trendy restaurants, bars and cafes. Check-in instructions were clear and accommodating. Caroline was also great at communicating with us to see if our group needed anything. As everyone mentioned, there is a lingering sewage smell from the bathroom, but can be fixed with cracking the window open, keeping the toilet lid down, and leaving the fan on. Overall, however, for the price, convenience, and host experience, I would recommend this listing and repeat in the future.

The Airbnb I've just checked into has truly exceeded my expectations! I am immensely pleased with my experience here. To begin with, the host's warm and professional approach, including pre-check-in communication, ensured a seamless arrival process. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the charming decor created a cozy and tranquil ambiance. The provided amenities were extensive, ranging from kitchen essentials to bedding, fostering a homely atmosphere. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the balcony view; savoring my morning coffee there was a delightful experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this place for both short and long stays—it is truly an excellent choice. I eagerly anticipate my next visit!

This is a gem of an apartment with a big balcony. Excellent location in Happy Valley HK. We’d love to stay again.

The flat was extremely clean and cozy, and the host was kind. Also the location couldn't be more convenient and safe. The one and only tiny problem was that you might feel a little cold in winter of HK, so packing stick-on hand warmers can be really helpful. Luckily there was a mini radiator I found very useful.

We had an extremely relaxing stay in Anoes’ home. It is a wonderful retreat. We took our meals and coffee on the porch listening to rain on the roof and watching banana trees flower in front of the sea. The house interior is spacious and clean and the AC works well. We also very much enjoyed the walk to town along the wooded pedestrian lath. Anoes was a wonderful host. We hope to return.

Great location, doesn’t feel like Hong Kong. Very nice environment and the house was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and it’s well Stocked with everything you need for a home. There’s a wine fridge as well, and host has been very accommodating. A great getaway!

Want to give my endorsement for Alex's place. It is a larger place, by Hong Kong standards, and that's good for families. There are two full baths plus one additional toilet. The master suite is big with a good desk with monitor. Everyone needs to take their work with them these days, and that was a plus for me. Big living room with JUMBO flat screen. We brought our console and played video games "life sized"! Cold airconditioning for the hottest days this summer I'm sure. A little girls room and a boys room, again good for family stay. The beach behind is good for kids with a warm shallow baywater, no big waves... playground on the beach. The plaza nearby has everything needed, grocery store, restaurants, bars, MickyD's. Note to those familiar with Discovery Bay, the plaza is undergoing a long term renovation. You are going to find "old" restaurants gone and new ones in different spots. And there is a trampoline in the backyard! Easy check in/out. Also ice rink in plaza.

Francesca's location is a tuckedaway gem in the tranquil Lamma Island, after arriving at the Yung Shue Wan Pier it is a short 5 minute climb to the airbnb. The airbnb is surrounded by nature and a perfect getaway from the busy citylife. There are a plethora of books, board games and amenities available and it is cozy and comfortable for up to 4-5 pax. The wet bathroom is clean and modern. The location is relatively convenient and there are plenty of restaurants and grocers on the main street of Yung Shue Wan.

Friendly hosts with quick responses.The house we rented had all the problems with the toilet, the host was proactive in knowing and helping us change other rooms in the same building.

Amazing, relaxing and healing place would recomend to everyone to get away from the city

Mark is super friendly and helpful. He came to help us with luggage and even came to deliver extra spotlight for our BBQ. He even made an impromptu door stopper for our dogs. Very impressed and will definitely come again.

Eunice is very nice person, She had done extra work during weekend for me to make my stay easier,I had a good time to stay there.

It was good. There was some cigarette smoking. Just a heads up. If that’s a big red flag for you. Otherwise 5 stars. Recommended

Truly five stars across the board! the room match the description, but what was unexpected is the level of hospitality and kindness. she met me at the train station to walk me to the apartment. which by the way was pristine. then she recommended all the things to do in hong kong tailored to my schedule. the room was quite and comfy. highly recommend and i hope you get to enjoy your stay the way i did.

Aman is a very nice man and the place quite good-easy to get and clean and cozy. His response was very timely and helpful. I was very impressed as he helped me with booking the squash court and prepared good flavor milk tea( I think everyone should have a try if got chances! Quite good one!!!) Thank you Aman for the warm reception, which made me feel as comfortable as staying with friend, also home away from home. And really enjoy the talk and sharing with you. Apartment looks just like the photos. This is Juan's home so it's certainly very cosy and has everything you need. The location in Wan Chai is perfect - creative/cool neighbourhood with tonnes to do while still being next door to the CBD. Juan is very friendly and responsive. Thanks again!

Richard's place was very clean and very well situated on Hong Kong island close to many sights, amenities and transport links. It was a pleasant place to stay. Our check in instructions were out of date so we'd advise anyone staying to check with Richard for up to date instructions before arriving. Richard was very responsive however, and we had a great stay. Thanks for facilitating our holiday in HK

Great little hideaway. Great views. Comfortable property. Super clear instructions on how to find the property, but we were unfamiliar with Lamma Island and it's little streets so struggled a little and got lost for about 5-10 mins. Asked locals for directions and they were very friendly and helpful, and pointed us to the right direction
