Our family had a wonderful stay. Loved being greeted with yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, coffee selections, and water bottles in the spotless fridge. Everything was Super clean, plenty of towels, linens, and even thoughtful small size items like toothpaste if needed! We were visiting family in El Dorado and this comfy location made it easy and fun. Nice outdoor area where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Lots of available outdoor space for stroller walks to entertain the baby traveling with us. The thoughtful description of all the stairs in the cabin were appreciated even though our baby was pre walking and we were able to easily keep her safe. The host was always available for questions and proactive in asking if we had needs. We will definitely use this location again if / when we visit.

Made for a great stay for family in town for a wedding. Comfortable, clean, and lots of amenities. The front porch was enjoyable for gathering.

Loved the quaint cottage! We chose to stay at Madison's Airbnb while attending a family reunion in Wichita. Because we have three grown children we don't see as often as we would like, and the fact we would be staying for almost a week, we felt an Airbnb would be a good option. We wanted to spend evenings and mornings with immediate family and afternoons with other family. Also, my husband likes quiet time to recharge. Madison's Airbnb was the perfect choice for us as it was not only decorated very attractively, but it was also very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast and the large dining room table was great for gathering at and talking. We could also relax in the living room and watch a bit of TV if we wanted to in the evenings before going to bed. All of the bedrooms were private and cozy (we all slept well)! The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Our little dog also enjoyed going out in the fenced back yard.

Alexandra is a great host and the place was very inviting and felt like home! There was some noise from the highway, which was communited in advance. She provided options to reduce the noise during sleeping hours, so once we figured that out, it wasn't an issue. Everything was clean and stocked nicely for our stay of 4 nights.

Beautiful little getaway! My husband and I spent two nights at the cabin. Temperature outside was just above freezing at night and the little heater kept us toasty. We had lamb chops and rib eyes over the open fire on the provided grill and enjoyed the birds and crisp air. We also brought along our electric griddler which made for easy cooking for breakfasts. Keurig was appreciated and saved us packing a percolator. It felt super private and the walk from the parking spot was much shorter than expected. Definitely recommend!

Interstate noise somewhat disturbed the peace when outside but not really noticeable when inside. Pots, pans, dishes limited but adequate for four. Other cooking utensils were minimal, i.e, spatula, dippers, tongs, et al. Dock was great for fishing as catch and release. Had a very enjoyable stay. Site has three different types of lodging, all of which are private. However, there is what appears to be a public venue for large parties or gatherings with some of the activity areas adjacent to the Guest House which could be problematic if one is not participating in the public activities. I don't really know how well this is explained in the listing as my wife found the site and I booked it. Altho the site is adjacent to the outer boundary of the international airport it was not in the flight path and I didn't hear takeoffs or landings during our four-day stay. Really enjoyed our stay.
