Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Vivica’s place was perfect for a weekend away. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice 15min~ walk into town. Only consideration for those travelling with very young children is that there are lots of breakables and open cupboards within easy reach of little hands, but we were happy to move things and place them back at the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely views, very friendly and responsive hosts. Great location. Just walk down the hill and the little village of shops are there.

We had an absolute delight staying at this lovely place! The views were truly fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts thought of everything, providing all the essentials and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - conveniently close to nearby restaurants and the beautiful lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway. Five stars, without a doubt!

Great house central to town, perfect for a stay in wonderful Warburton

Loved this place! Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights on my own.. Quality linen, comfy bed. The place was spotless and the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Breakfast provided with fresh bread, eggs and avocado and a block of chocolate for the sweet tooth. Loved the view and greenery, felt so serene and tranquil, exactly what I was looking for. Gingers was an absolutely amazing stay. Kylie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed including things we didn’t even know we needed. Everything was so well thought out and organised from a local guidebook and local food goodies to activities and games for the kids. We would think of something we needed/should have brought and well and behold it was in a cupboard waiting for us. Could not recommend this place more for an incredible family get away where all you need to do is show up and Kyle has the rest sorted. Thankyou

Excellent stay at Jim’s place. No negative comments at all. Exactly as described. Super comfy bed and pillows. The place was spotless. Brilliant location for the tram. Loads of places to eat on Glenferrie Rd, just around the corner. If you like Turkish food check out Nicosia at 250 Glenferrie Rd. Literally 5mins from Jim’s place. Coles supermarket and Dan Murphy’s within walking distance. Crust pizza next door but one are open late if you need a decent feed after a big day and they also sell wine & beer! I would highly recommend Jim’s place. Take note of Jim’s comments and photo re the staircase. It was not an issue for us but could be for some. We had a great stay and would return again next time we need a place to stay in this part of Melbourne. Thanks Jim, I’m really pleased I found your place on Airbnb!

Thankyou for a lovely stay for our family of 4! From the comprehensive guidebook, through to all the small touches that made us feel well looked after, we enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed to prepare great meals, entertain our young twins and was quiet and secure. The location is easy for quickly getting into the city, great food options and supermarket nearby. It was exactly like the pictures, we couldn’t fault anything. Next time we would like to utilise the in-house library and pool!

The apartment is lovely. Great location, it was clean, had quality bed linen and towels. Lots of extra blankets and things. The terrace is amazing. Michelle was a great host, very quick to respond to messages and being able to store our suitcase before and after check in/out was really convenient. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

This was our first trip to St Kilda the property is in the perfect location, the beach is just across from the apartment and shops are just a short walk away. Catherine the host was perfect with helpful Information about parking and the local area and restaurants. We will definitely be returning!

It was a beautiful experience staying at this retreat. It is like nothing I’ve staying in before. I felt like I could have been in Asia or Europe, with gum trees outside. The gardens are lush & private. The breakfast & snacks were generous & delicious. Veronika the host is friendly, kind & welcoming. We’d totally recommend.

A perfect base for exploring the peninsula, the accommodation was luxurious, private and functional. It is situated in a delightful and quiet residential area, a very short walk down to the beach. Hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

This booking was for our annual girls' getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Deepika was a responsive host, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. We were charmed by the peaceful surroundings, waking up to the delightful sounds of birdsong each morning. The freshly cut flowers, bottle of wine, and Anzac biscuits awaiting us were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Our favorite spot, without a doubt, was the outdoor spa, where we spent countless relaxing hours. It was truly a memorable escape.

Outstanding house and gardens, so peaceful, historic and beautifully maintained. Has everything needed for a getaway with friends: huge heated indoor pool, tennis court, pool table, grand piano, luxurious four posters and a well equipped kitchen. Alan was able to meet us at check-in and is a very gracious host with great knowledge of the property's history, which he shared with intelligence and wit. Can't recommend the whole experience enough.

We booked blackwood for our wedding anniversary. I was looking for a lux 2 night escape that felt dreamy and romantic and this is exactly what we got! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was able to be made dark allowing us to have long sleep ins (which is something we never get!) the thoughtful touch of the cheese board came in very hand while taking a soak in the spa! The accomodation was situated right in the heart of sassafras which is home to lovely little cafes and specialty stores (although the town is very sleepy until 10am) If you are going to this area we recommend the bakery ‘Proserpina’! Amazing pastries 🥐 and ‘The pig and whistle’ was a great pub night out. Thank you for such lovely accommodation we had a very memorable weekend x
