Condo vacation rentals in East River

FANTASTIC host! They were very responsive to everything we asked and were flexible with check-in and check-out. The place is very close to NYC, and a short walk to the bus that goes into the city. You could also Uber, its a short 12-15 min drive. The home itself was very cosey and had everything we could've possibly needed! 10/10 would recommend.

Felt right at home. The place looked just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, with local shops near by for groceries. Would stay here again !

My parents stayed at Mel’s place was visiting us in Hoboken and they loved it. The communication with Mel was super easy and the place is comfortable, clean, quiet and just a short walk away from coffee shops, groceries or the train.

The apartment has a homely feel and luxury. Only a 25-minute ride from the NYC bus terminal, Victor's place is ideally suited for tourists and those traveling for work but wishing to avoid the trouble of staying in a hotel. Victor kindly extended our checkout time by two hours upon our request. I'd stay here again whenever visiting the Big Apple.

We had a wonderful time staying at Alex’s place. The first floor condo was not only convenient, it was very quiet, too. The check- in was flawless and the one time we had to ask Alex a question, the response was in less than 5 minutes, if anything maybe even just a minute or two!!! The bed was comfortable. We did use the pull out couch and it was comfortable, too. We arrived when the PATH train was not running. They had extra buses and ferries into NYC. It takes about 5 minutes to get to a bus stop and a little longer to get to the Hoboken Terminal. The condo is located in the rear of the building. There isn’t a street or noise issue. The amenities were perfect. We plan on returning very soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ann’s place. Subway is very close and makes getting around very easy. Ann was very accomodating with our early arrival too which we appreciated. House was wonderfully equipped and very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Ken was a great host. Very friendly and made himself available whenever. The location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops within minutes away. Subway station was 3 blocks away for easy access to the city. The apartment was exactly as shown and had plenty of accent pieces decorated throughout that made it super interesting, and quaint/cozy. I've booked airbnbs over 10 years now and I would definitely recommend Ken's listing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the city was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the space had everything you needed. It was great!
