This place is just so incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Overlooking the rice fields, in a really nice area. It was all I needed and wished for. Slept like a baby. Such good vibes and great energy. Clean, very nice and good service, lots of privacy. So enchanted by Rumah’s place that I even already booked my next stay! :-)

The house is very nice, the design is attractive, clean and tidy, comfortable, the facilities are also cool Only the hagat water doesn't turn on, so the shower is cold

Hutomo is great host. He responded quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is perfect also for long stays!

Laurent’s villa was incredible. My family stayed there for 11 nights and it was everything we needed. Great sized villa, decent sized bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. Close proximity to the heart of Seminyak, while still having that ‘local’ feel to its location. The staff were incredibly friendly and were great at helping our requests when needed. Would highly recommend, especially to those with young children. Would stay here again

We booked this accommodation based on the reviews this listing had and it didn’t disappoint one bit! From the first interaction we had with Deni enquiring about the booking of the property, right through to checking in with us mid holiday to check all was ok, was above all of our expectations. We have had the most perfect 2 week holiday staying in this wonderful villa. There was 6 of us staying maximising the villas capacity and the space in and around the property was brilliant. The pictures and descriptions were exactly how they were stayed and the bathrooms were even better in person ! The team who looked after us couldn’t do enough for us, both Raka and Wayan were at hand if we needed them and they both checked in with us to check all was ok! Thank you Deni and your team and if you’re reading this and thinking about booking this property, I urge you to do so! You won’t be disappointed 😀

Esa’s hospitality was above and beyond what I expected. She and her staff were incredibly kind, helpful and all around lovely people. Budi patiently drove me around Eastern Ubud for a full day excursion. He is a sweet soul and very knowledgeable. The place itself is situated right next to a rice field and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Highly recommend staying here solo or with company. Will definitely be back soon!

Just a simple word…superb Can wait to re-stay again

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Joshua’s apartment. It is attached to a mall and is very convenient if we need to make a trip to the city. Joshua’s instructions and information were very clear, and even though this was our second time staying he was just as responsive in his communication as the first time we stayed there. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

Great place to stay with family. Private access, no need to worry about the security. Walkable distance to shopping mall. Joshua sent clear instruction for us to check in.

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.
