This place is just so incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Overlooking the rice fields, in a really nice area. It was all I needed and wished for. Slept like a baby. Such good vibes and great energy. Clean, very nice and good service, lots of privacy. So enchanted by Rumah’s place that I even already booked my next stay! :-)

Lady Michelle is a very good host, her house feels very homey, all bedsheets are clean and comfortable. i will come back again if i visit surabaya ♡

the place is clean, nice, according to the photo. the cooking utensils are very complete. the place is private, away from the crowds, next to it there is a supermarket that feels like you can walk.

Hutomo is great host. He responded quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is perfect also for long stays!

Great place to stay at.

Everything about laurent’s villa is great. The only comment i hv was the water dispenser pipes was dirty. Therefore the first day when i was staying, the drinking water got dirty. But as soon as i told pak ketut about it, they cleaned it right away the next day. Overall we have a really nice stay Thank you very much for the hospitality

Due to mother nature playing a part in our cancellation, we weren’t able to enjoy the property as we couldn’t get into Bali on time 😭 Hoping to try book again in the future within the same price range again.

Esa’s hospitality was above and beyond what I expected. She and her staff were incredibly kind, helpful and all around lovely people. Budi patiently drove me around Eastern Ubud for a full day excursion. He is a sweet soul and very knowledgeable. The place itself is situated right next to a rice field and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Highly recommend staying here solo or with company. Will definitely be back soon!

Raisa’s place is very convenient and homey. Everything is great. Raisa is very friendly and responsive. The house is very nice and equipped. Location is great, easy to find food and supermarkets. Wifi is great. The hot water and air con are amazing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I will stay in Raisa’s place again whenever I visit malang again.

Staying at Daniel and Yuli’s place was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by their genuine hospitality. It was clear that no task was too big or too small for them, they were always on hand, willing to help without ever making you feel like any request was too much. Their dedication to creating a perfect guest experience is second to none. The location itself was pure serenity, with breathtaking views that are simply unmatched. Waking up to the lush green of the Bali rice fields and being surrounded by nature is a picture that won’t leave my mind until we’re back there. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge, and those stunning scenes made every morning feel magical. From massages at the villa every other day to fresh juices and beautiful food in the local area, I’m already missing this place. If you’re looking for warm, welcoming hosts and a tranquil setting that will leave you refreshed and inspired, don’t hesitate, book now.

We had a lovely week here with our 2yo and 4yo. There place is well maintained and had plenty of room inside and out for the kids to play. We enjoyed the restaurants and cafes nearby. Tucked down a gang (lane), so nice and quiet, but not far from the action.

It is definitely the most stunning, well maintained, and good size apartment I’ve ever stayed in Surabaya. Have been stayed in many apartments in Surabaya and compare to those apartments on top of the mall, this is by far the best choice if you are looking to accomodate family of 4 adults. The property was built and decorated using good materials. Can make this comment because my background is related to building material & property. The host is also responsive. I know it’s not located on top of the mall, but the mall itself is only 5-10 mins away by car. The food place is also walkable distance, less than 5 mins away. If you’re looking for a good & peaceful apartment, I really recommend this apartment. Entering the basement carpark from lobby is quite challenging if you drive SUV, but shouldn’t be a problem for experienced driver. Awesome listing and look forward to stay at your place again Cyntia. Please keep up the good work for improving & maintaning the apartment. Stay well & safe

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.

I have been hosted by Ibu over the years. I am sure there are many like myself who are the same. Ibu's properties are in great locations, very well-kept and painstakingly detailed. Although one needs a bit of luck to book as her properties are very popular. If you stay once, you will understand why. Lastly, the best thing about Ibu's places is Ibu herself. Always readily available, always happy and cheerful. I have always been welcomed by warm and wholesome local cuisine from her, and I think there is no better way to start. Wishing Ibu and her loved ones a long, healthy and prosperous life.

What a super satisfying stay. A clean and comfy apartment, everything you need is already there. Beautiful surrounding too, easy to get eat, easy access, and super safe because you always need the access card to go everywhere. Tante Anggraeni was one of the kindest host that i ever met, super responsive, super thoughtful and make me feel at home. Thankyou tante for those delicious welcoming snacks kue tok and arem-arem. We like it so much. We had a great experience here and will come back for sure to stay at Tante Anggraeni’s place. See youuu tante.. God bless you and fam.
