Farmstay vacation rentals in East Frisia

The accommodation was very nice and quiet. You could walk to the beach in about 30 minutes. Cuxhaven was about 10 minutes away by car. In the village there was a bakery, restaurant and Edeka. A car or bike is helpful on site if you want to do something else, except for hiking and getting to the shops quickly. The host's recommendations were very good and worth a visit. Overall, you were warmly welcomed and welcomed. We would book the accommodation again and recommend.

The tiny house was wonderful. It's a perfect spot for anyone who wants to unwind. It is perfectly located at the national park the Drenthse AA where one can easily cycle, run and walk. Amenities such as supermarkets are also nearby. Lucy was a top guest woman and was quick to respond. The cottage itself is of course somewhat primitive in amenities, but that is part of the experience. The bed was good, the stove also lovely, the kitchen had everything and inside it was very nicely decorated. I enjoyed it!

The "wagon" as Lydia calls it is really a little paradise. It is tucked away in a very green private garden, you have everything you need; lovely bed, beautiful outdoor courtyard, feeling you are in the countryside and within 15 minutes by bike (bicycles are ready for you) you are right in the center of Groningen. You just have to find it ok to walk to the main house in front of the bathroom. Lydia pampered us very much; we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for your loving hospitality Lydia! It was wonderful!

Cottage in a fantastic place with the heath directly nearby. And a host who handles things professionally but remains practical.

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

We felt very comfortable in the Uplewarder Grashus. The apartment was super clean and had everything you could need in an apartment. Our daughter enjoyed the lovingly decorated playroom in the building and the playground behind the house very much and made extensive use of it. And if the Ki is happy, so are we. We can only warmly recommend the Uplewarder Grashus.

We really enjoyed it at the farm Brömmer! The property is as spacious as described, tastefully decorated and in good condition. Especially with children, the other offer is also great, the play barn was actively used:) the surroundings also offer many possibilities for nice excursions, where it can be difficult in a lot of rain – but then animals and play opportunities are waiting on the farm. It was a pity that the sauna was not available on 2 out of 3 evenings due to difficulties with the electricity in bad weather – as young parents, the sauna was already a significant advantage for us, which we had been looking forward to. But Christine communicated this nicely, we would definitely come back:)

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cottage of Sabrina and Kees. Nice and cosy place, wonderful garden to relax in with comfortable garden chairs and more. The cottage itself is well furnished, nice bed, kitchen well equipped and nice large bathroom. We received a warm welcome and during our stay asked for a few things and were always helped and accomodated. Wonderful walks or bike rides in the forest and heather fields, straight from the cottage. We will be back and can highly recommend staying here.

We booked the apartment at short notice and spent a week there for a week. It is located on a riding stable and has everything you need. When the weather is nice, we would have used the seating outside more often, but Sina can't do that. 😊 Sina and her husband are very kind and helpful hosts. So I highly recommend it!

Just right for peace seekers and nature lovers: Reinhard and Jutta's tiny house In an idyll surrounded by tall trees, Reinhard and Jutta have lovingly furnished their tiny house and offer their guests a true oasis of relaxation. As you can see in the photos, the house has a large veranda overlooking the garden. In the morning you can pamper yourself with Fairtrade coffee roasted by the hosts, before making your way to the nearby Barkeler Busch with the many lakes. There you can take long walks through the untouched nature. If you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the big city behind and enjoy the course of nature instead, this tiny house is just right. Hosts Reinhard and Jutta also sweeten the stay with a huge range of organic food and other Fairtrade products.

Accommodation with apple trees; it was very nice here. We stayed here for a week with a small child and enjoyed it. The accommodation is as described, practically furnished and sufficient for us. The beautiful view and friendly hosts rounded it off well. Glad to come back!

We (three adults) had a wonderful, relaxing time with Christin and Willi. The house is a dream, everything is available from A like view to Z like toothbrush mugs. Great,friendly and always fast communication with Christin and Willi, everything is perfect! We will be happy to come back. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Had a nice weekend away with our four boys. All amenities are available, washing machine is very nice. Large cottage, wonderful beds, large bathroom and of course a very nice playground!

We had a fantastic family weekend at 't Gebint. The house is very spacious and we felt right at home. Great that there are so many different games to do, you don't see that often. This allows you to enjoy being together to the fullest. Thank you for hospitality !

We had a perfect holiday in Yvette’s Airbnb! The place is spacious and authentic, and the garden simply amazing! Our two little boys had the time of their lives (and so did we ;) Would definitely recommend, especially for families with (young) children!

We had a wonderful time with our two boys in the charming, authentic Waddenhuisje (indeed less suitable for average taller people). We were warmly welcomed by Ellen and everything you expect was in the house and in the kitchen. We were happily surprised with the separate spacious kitchen, so you sometimes didn't sit together in a room together (different than at home with the open kitchen). By car, it is very easy (no chicken on the road) to explore the area: from Groningen, Winsum, Noordpokderzijl, to Warffum and Schiermonnikoog. and probably much more!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Ihlow. In addition to some excursions (Groningen, Greetsiel, Schiermonnikoog), we also simply enjoyed the great apartment and the quiet location in the countryside. This vacation has recovered very much:)
