Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles

Natalie goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home; everything is pristine, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped, and stocked up with beverages, food, snacks and anything you would need to cook with but almost never find in a holiday rental. The garden and swimming pool area are lovely, and Natalie let us enjoy the space in total privacy. She is extremely efficient and my queries were answered promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend and hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Second time visiting LA. Second time staying at Johnny’s. As close to home as we can get. It was only me, my mom, son and daughter and everyone could space out. Very nice accommodations for my family. And what can I say about the pool and hot tub? Nothing, but awesome. Private and close to everything including grocery, gas stations and any where else needed. Just a beautiful home! Johnny is very responsive and is a great host. Looking forward to our next visit. Trammell Family

We enjoyed staying at Peter’s place. The house is 10m walking distance from the Chinese theater and down the road from the Charlie Chaplin studio. The house is well maintained and secluded from the environment. Peter is a generous host and the house was very well stocked with toiletries, towels, food etc. The comms with Peter were great and we would be happy to stay again

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Brenna’s house is WONDERFUL. The pictures perfectly match the home and the home is so much more. The house is beautiful and spacious, the outdoor space was amazing and was put to good use :) The neighborhood is very chill and parking is provided in front of the house. I HIGHLY recommend Brenna’s house.

Great spot with a big kitchen and dining table and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and the library. perfect for a family gathering and nice to have a pack and play provided for our baby

Shaahin's beach house is an absolute gem! 🌊✨ The location is unbeatable, just steps from the ocean 🌴🏖️, with breathtaking views and a peaceful vibe. The jacuzzi was a dream! 🛁🔥 Perfectly maintained and so relaxing. The attention to detail was incredible, from the stylish decor 🪴🖼️ to thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home 🏡💖. This was our first visit. Beautiful little cottage, very nice inside. Was equipped with all our needs kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Julia was so sweet, she greeted us when we first arrived from our long drive. She even had the heater on, so we walked into a toasty home. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

This is a peaceful, quiet place to stay in South Pasadena. Can walk to everything that you need, but easy to park and use your car if you have one. Kristin and Richard were super responsive, we really appreciated how quickly they answered any questions that we had. They have set everything up for the guests so that you will be comfortable and at ease. We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. Highly recommend!!

My friends and I stayed at Jin’s for the weekend and it was a pleasant stay! It’s hard to find a spot within Pasadena area that within reasonable price and thankfully we found this place. Everything was just as described and Jin left clear instructions for check in process. FYI, the walls are not really soundproof and parking permits are required in order to park overnight, but those didn’t bother us much — something to keep in mind when booking.

The home was very lovely and just as described and depicted in the images. Eva was very responsive and accommodating! If I plan to visit in the same area in the future, I will at staying here once more.

We had a wonderful time at Carol‘s Place. Carol is very nice and gave us many very useful Information about the surrounding area. We would love to come back another time.

This is the most magical home! I cannot imagine a better place to both cook and host Thanksgiving dinner. We lacked nothing and the house is beyond charming. Beds so comfy we all tried to stay in them as long as possible… but the house and the fabulous outdoor space was waiting! A great family vacation. Thank you! You've not seen the last of us!

Good spot, master bedroom had the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in my airbnb history. Only critique would be to change the bed frame in other room (room with desk). It is too small for the mattress so if you lean to the side the mattress / bed frame tip over with you on it hence you potentially falling off the bed. Kitchen was amazing. Hot tub could use less chemicals a-bit harsh to breathe but it was nice for the cold weather. Shower was amazing. Two bathroom sinks perfect. Driveway perfect for 2 cars. Charm inside the crib is nice love it. Super good. Would recommend

Clara and David's place is comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location. (Don't miss the cakes at Alcove!). Clara and David went above and beyond by making sure I had baking equipment I needed for a potluck dessert. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Just a block to the Chandler walking path and another block to Magnolia where there are so many shops and restaurants. It was also 10-15min from our relatives homes who were down in Burbank visiting for Christmas.

Jamie's guest house was a great place to stay while we were visiting the area. It was close to everything we needed, and most importantly, it was clean and exactly how Jamie described it in the listing. We will be staying here again when we are in the area.

Michael's cottage was the perfect retreat while staying in LA! The garden and pool area were incredibly relaxing and the area felt very safe even while coming in late in the evening. Michael was an incredible host with a personalized welcoming complete with drinks and chocolate. They have a wonderful attention to detail and we can't wait to stay again soon!

This house was spacious, clean, and very affordable for its location and amenities. I recommend it highly and would stay again.

Heather’s place was perfect for a girls getaway. Super comfortable, lots of space to have privacy if needed, great outdoor spaces. Great walkability to nearby shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic time!
