This was a beautiful house with loads and f space. It’s right by Donovan park, which is very walkable to the lift at the grand Hyatt. We had a wonderful time here and felt like this was the nicest location we have ever stayed at- right on a gorgeous creek and a wonderful spacious kitchen and dining room table.

This AirBnB was perfect for our stay. It was perfectly situated close to everywhere we needed to go but we also loved just staying there too because the place is stunning! The team was always so responsive every time we had questions about the place which was much appreciated.Except some old furniture overall stay was good.

Stayed here for a ski trip with ours and another family of 5. Ski-in and ski-out access was great to have but we ended up relying on the shuttle a lot which was fantastic not just for skiing but getting around the resort in general. House had plenty of space for our group of 10. Kitchen was very well stocked. Ski locker was nice to have. Overall perfect spot for a Beaver Creek ski vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Beaver Creek condo! The condo was very clean. In addition, the location was great - just steps to the village and gondolas! I would highly recommend this condo for a great visit to Beaver Creek!

This house and host cannot be beat! The location, almost exactly half way between Vail Village and Lionshead Village, was perfect. Extremely walkable, plus the in-town bus stops at the end of the driveway. We took a guys weekend for 6 but the house can easily handle 8-10 singles or 3-4 families. Chris was an amazing host. Super responsive to any of our questions. Very friendly and had excellent recommendations on where to go, how to get around etc. Will definitely be booking here again!

excellent stay in Vail. home is comfortable and well accommodating. only issue I had was noise levels from street and Jacuzzi users were a bit loud for me (sensitive sleeper)

This location and place was amazing and perfect! Christy was responsive to all questions and needs. This place had all amenities listed and described in the posting. The bed was comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. Bathroom and toiletries were great. The location is perfect for Beaver Creek and Vail ski locations. Amazing restaurants in walking distance or in a 5-15 min drive depending on what you are wanting or looking for. Will be staying here again for future returns to this location! Thank you Christy!

Perfect place to stay. Great location for ski or summer holidays. Walking distance to Gondola in Lionshead. Comfortable apartment in every aspect. The host super friendly. I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. We wish it would have been walking distance to more activiities. Very clean unit. The building.needs maintenance but overall very nice.

My wife was hesitant about this condo after we booked it because of lack of reviews. We contacted Vacasa and were told they had recently taken over managing the property. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Only cons I would say is that there is carpet in the bathrooms and at the time of our stay the elevator to the building was broken which was not to the fault of this airbnb. The condo is older and decorated and stocked as such, but it is what we expected when booked. For the value and being so close within walking distance, as well as ski and ski out, we would absolutely stay here again if skiing at beaver creek. There were extra perks that we did not expect when booking. One the ground floor there is a ski locker with a key provided so you can drop everything off after skiing to dry out overnight. The condo is absolutely skin and ski out (this is dependent on one of the commuter runs and lift being open). The hot tub area is nice and we only ever saw one other group of people using it. The condo is a very short walk to downtown beaver creek for dinner and drinks.

★★★★★ Exceeded Expectations I was pleasantly surprised by this Airbnb - from the photos, I expected less. The unit delivered on all key aspects: the bed was very comfortable, the space was clean, the owner was responsive, and the location was excellent. Check-in was straightforward and efficient. I cannot think of anything the owner could do to improve the experience. The only note worth mentioning is about the building itself, not the unit. The development features an unexpected bohemian theme that's unusual for Colorado, where most properties opt for either western mountain or modern designs. After 60 years of travel, this architectural choice stands out as distinctive. However, inside the unit, the decor is tasteful, with good natural light and comfortable furnishings.

We love Townsend Place - easy ski in and out and close to Village amenities - and this was a great 2 bedroom option in Townsend Place. The condo was clean, Jessica was super responsive, and the stock of hand warmers saved our digits on a subzero day :). Would definitely recommend and will return when we need a two bedroom place in Beaver Creek.

Craig’s condo was perfect. The location is in the heart of Avon so walking to nearby stores was so convenient. is actually a lot bigger than what it seems in pictures. The hot tub was amazing after a long day from the slopes. Everything about this place was amazing, the only issue is if you needed additional towels and linens, it’ll be at an additional charge.

Lovely stay in a beautiful, quirky condo! Easy to access and situated perfectly in Lionshead, we had the best time and Bob was a great host! Highly recommend this stay!

Excellent flat in prime part of Avon. It's very close to ski rental and a gondola that can take you to the Beaver Creek ski area. Easy walk to multiple restaurants, even in the snow. I really appreciated the in-house washer and dryer and well-stocked apartment. Great views, and the fireplace was very comfy on some very cold days.

It was a great place to stay. The condo was wonderful and the location was fantastic. Initially, it was a little difficult to find, but that’s not their fault. It was g maps that had us twisted around other than that I would highly recommend the place.
