Very nice location and free parking. Easy walk to Gondola and multiple restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Terence’s place. It was an easy and quick walk to town. The clubhouse had nice amenities that were available if requested. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

Large seating area and table to do dinner. Very comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Enjoyed our stay at the rustic A Frame! Very close to the Red and Green lines for an easy ride to/from Vail Village and the Gondola base. Walked to Westside Cafe for delicious food. Grocery stores were right there as well. Kitchen had a crockpot and a cast iron skillet, which came in handy. Hot tub was delightful! This house is from an earlier era of Vail and, for us, it was a great fit.

We stayed with 6 kids/6 adults for a week in July and had a great time overall. The layout of the house worked really well for a large group, with two living and dining areas. Lots of sleeping spaces with decent beds. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, shampoo, towels, extra bedding, pack n plays, a few board games etc. There was a nice, small deck overlooking the valley (and the highway.) The house is located halfway up a hill. There is trail access (with parking) 1/2 mile further up the hill, with fun (hard) mountain biking and a creek. A few things to note: - There is no A/C. It was really hot upstairs the first night we arrived, but with careful window opening and fan placement it was fine the rest of the trip. - The house is a bit run down, but generally in ways that didn't affect our enjoyment. The garage had a bunch of debris that meant you couldn't park in it, but it worked for bikes. - It's technically a duplex, but you don't notice it. Great value!

First and foremost, the pictures don't really do it justice; it is probably one of the best views I've had at an airbnb. Beyond that, a very comfortable and clean place to stay, with a lot of hiking close by or a relatively short drive away (20-60 minutes for us). The space had everything we needed to quickly make ourselves at home. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to be back one day! Also, if you like steak, Quincys in nearby Leadville is now far and away my favorite steakhouse. Huge portions, good food, low price, italian margaritas = cannot be beat

Great comfortable place with convenient location for a Basalt based Aspen ski trip. Some good restaurants / shops within walking distance from the apt

Erinn’s place was exactly what we needed, quick access to I70, spacious, clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood and nice views. The place was just as described and felt very comfortable

What a wonderful experience! We thought it might be a little noisy being on the Main Street but it was very quiet at night, we had no issues. We loved the convenience of town, the stores and the market for groceries. The place is a bit dated and some stains on the carpet but the maid service does a great job cleaning, especially since it’s pet friendly. The bathrooms were clean though we had some slow drains which the owner said he would address. The beds were comfortable and linens nice with plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool. The kitchen has all the basics and the pans were in great shape, like new. We loved staying in Edwards and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The home was well appointed with spices, toiletries and linens. The communication was great and I felt they would have been very quick to help if we needed anything.

Not Aspen but probably better if you don’t mind driving/taking the bus to ski. We felt so at home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy a historic storm in Aspen. Margaret was an amazing host and made our stay felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at this cabin. We fell in love with Basalt and all the surrounding areas. It was a perfect getaway. Jeanne was extremely helpful when we were experiencing weather issues. We will be back!

Mary was so sweet to work with and was in great communication. Her home was lovely and perfect for our family for Christmas. She was so sweet and set up a Xmas tree for us! It was an amazing location with easy access via the free shuttle to Beaver Creek and her backyard is this amazing snowy golf course that you can take a walk on. Truly a beautiful home and Mary was so awesome to work with! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Ryan’s place was spacious, clean, and accommodating for 7 guests. It was conveniently located right off the interstate and 10 mins away from Vail Ski Resort. We would stay here again.

The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. The double bed bunk beds are great when traveling with kids! The kitchen has everything you need! We enjoyed the time at the condo.

Another fantastic stay at Ridgepoint 202. The property managers were quick to respond to any inquiry and the property was exactly as advertised! Can’t wait to stay there again!!!

I had a 4 day ski trip with 7 adults and staying here was a great experience. The home is comfortable, spacious, and very well located. The host, Katherine, was very nice and quick to respond. I’d come back for another ski trip or even a summer golf trip - I only got to see the course under snow!

Perfectly fit the group of 5 we had. We were there to ski, and the walk to the gondola was not bad. The location sat right between the vail village and lionshead village which was great. The kitchen worked perfectly as i cooked breakfast each day there. Lunch and dinner had plenty of walkable options. A bus also drops off near enough. Had a hot tub and heated pool that was easily accessible from the bottom floor location we stayed which was great. Would love to come back to this location in the future, great place to stay and great mountain.

Amazing property! All the comforts one would want and some extra ones as well. Great space, the furniture is very comfortable, the beds (including the rollaway ones) are top of the line. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, etc... the house really didn't feel like a rental, every details was thought of. Thr kitchen has everything you need, there are not only basics but extra spices, teas, condoments, and essentials for you to use. Appliances are top of the line, especially the fridge and dishwasher. We travel frequently and always buy basic supplies for our stay but have never stayed in a place that had all the comforts of home. The 2 large washer and dryers were super helpful, especially for a big family of skiiers. The house is very conducive for hosting a group of ten, especially in our case with 3 generations involved. We had all our meals prepared at home after slope days and essentials enjoyed games by the fireplace. the steam showers were a treat! Hot tub too! We will be back
