Places to stay in Dunes City

My husband and our two dogs stayed for 3 nights at the cap cod cottage, unit 7. We loved it!! The cottage was so comfortable, had everything we needed to prepare meals, and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach. We literally spent hours on the beach with our dogs! We played card games on the balcony, watched movies in the evening, read books in the cozy arm chairs, and explored in town for a couple hours one afternoon. We barely left the Airbnb or beach and it was the most relaxing vacation. Our dogs felt right at home too. The wood floors were a bit slippery for our older dog, but we had a yoga mat and that helped him with getting on and off the bed. The host provided dog blankets for us which was really nice, because even though we brought towels to clean them it’s hard to get all of the sand cleaned off of dog fur! We will definitely be back again! We appreciated how affordable the rental was and felt like we got an incredible value for the price!

Home was clean and comfortable. Close to the best beaches on the Oregon coast. A great location for beaches. Shopping, Sight seeing, great restaurants. Hope to stay again.

This place was just as described. Comfy, clean, and inviting beach house with ocean views, plenty of space, and a short walk to the beach. Easy to get to, clear communication, and dog friendly. It’s also in a convenient location to what the area has to offer. Spent a week here in March and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful and wonderfully taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, or a better place to stay. Amazing! We look forward to returning.

The property is exactly as described. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit run down and not too family friendly. That being said the property was private and clean.

Hostess Kristi provided great communication pre/during/post stay. Easy access, very clean, lots of space and comfortable beds for the four of us. We will definitely re-book with Kristi on our next visit to Florence.

We love the Hilltop Cottage. It’s so peaceful and quiet up on the hill. It has all the amenities you could need for a great stay. David is a great host and very knowledgeable about the area. We always stay there when going to that area.

The house was perfect for our family of 3 and dogs! Had everything we needed, great yard, perfect location, and very cute neighborhood. I loved how close it was to so many activities and also felt very comfortable to just hang out when it was really rainy. It was great to have a fully fenced yard for the dogs and although we brought dog beds and bowls, it was very thoughtful to have those provided as well. Larry was very communicative before and throughout our stay. We loved the corn hole game as well! Definitely looking forward to another coast trip and stay here!
