Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Duluth

This is a nice place, and felt very secure. We brought our dog and it was perfect. Street parking, and alternate side parking on either odd or even numbered addresses (check the website or with the host to get it right). However, it seemed that many people ignored the parking requirement and we didn't see any tickets. We always found parking right on the same block as the entrance. Note that Google Maps takes you a weird way, and the entrance is on 1st Street. If (when) we come back, we'd stay here again.

Kaydence was a great host! Super communicative and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. Kaydence is new to the airbnb hosting so I just wanted to note that you will be given a key fob to enter the main building with but the door to the apartment will stay unlocked during your stay. So if you leave during the day to go out and come back, the apartment will be unlocked during that time. Nothing bad happened and Kaydence reassured us that she trusts her neighbors and she feels safe and usually keeps it unlocked. The room does have a lock but the bathroom does not. The bed can fit 2 people but I ended up bringing a full size Japanese floor mattress so everything was comfy. The blankets were too thin for my liking but I brought my own blanket just in case. So I would recommend bringing a blanket and a few pillows if you want more comfort. Environment and parking is really nice and safe. We had trouble with the wifi but we did not really need it. Overall, the price was super great

I stayed with my two dachshunds for some events at charitable organizations in Wisconsin, and this was one of the few locations that would allow me to bring the dogs and leave them in the room when I had to attend events (as long as they were crated). The room was immaculate with more than I needed for the weekend (full kitchen of appliances including stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and washer/dryer in unit). The private balcony was amazing and gave my pups a chance to spend some time outside without needing to be on a leash. The instructions for accessing the building and room were clear and accurate. They offered recommendations for dining in the area (although I didn't need them since my favorite smokehouse, OMC Smokehouse, was conveniently only a few blocks away). I will be sure to check for availability the next time I'm in the area.

Firstly, Dillon was excellent, extremely fast responsive at all different hours of the day, and he also gave us great recommendations for where to go. The location was perfect as a base for our groups weekend Duluth Trip. Plenty of space for us to fit seven, and a really cozy place for us to play board games and watch a movie. Great place!!

Great studio and exactly as described. Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you may need to cook. Only about a 5 minute drive from lake walk area. Within walking distance of breakfast and dinner places right off the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Canal Park! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Duluth! The location couldn’t be better—right in Canal Park, within walking distance of great restaurants & shops. It was so convenient to have everything we needed just steps away. The loft itself was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy, and the sheets were absolutely amazing—I even had to ask afterward where they were from! The towels in the bathroom were also top-notch, soft, and plush. Another perk was the fitness room just a door down from the loft. It was perfect for a quick morning workout before heading out to explore. Kevin was fantastic—super easy to communicate with and made the booking process a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Duluth!

Nathan was super responsive, helpful, and just went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The building was so nice for a cozy long weekend!

Marine Iron is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. It is spacious with all the amenities you could need. The finishes are top notch and stunning! Location is perfect for a weekend getaway. We will visit again and recommend to all our friends & family!

Had a great stay. Good location that is nearby stores and restaurant! The cafe and boutiques on the ground floor are a plus.

We loved staying here! Coffee shop in the building and bent paddle brewing literally steps away! The actual space was cool too- just what you need for a trip to Duluth if you’re exploring the area.

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay here! The place looks just like the pictures, its super cute and we loved using the record player. We were plesantly surprised to find a good selection of records and we of course brought some of our own as well! Staying here in the winter was perfect since there is no lack of heat especially with the wood furnace! We only ran into one issue with the shower drain but the host got back to us super quickly and we were able to figure out a solution. I would absolutely stay here again!

The home had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. The host was communicative and we didn’t need anything extra. The directions were very clear and easy to understand. The property was incredible clean and comfortable and matched the photos and description perfectly.

Place was nice. Steve was available to walk us through restarting the simulator in no time. Great location in relation to the clubhouse, we easily walked over for golf and lunch.

The house was beautiful and spacious for 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids 10 and under. There was plenty to do for all the ages. The trails around the property were great and clear even with major snow drifts and wind covering footprints. There were sleds and snowshoes and a great sledding hill. The seating in the common areas was nice for a group and the fireplace was a nice feature we all enjoyed. The kitchen had everything needed, which was great! Brandon was a friendly and helpful host.

Joe's house was just as advertised. We used it for a side by side trip to the local trals, and it was perfect. We had 4 couples and had plenty of room to relax and prepare meals which is what we were looking for. Thanks for help us have a great stay Joe!

This was a GREAT place to host a group! The bedrooms were lovely and have VERY comfy beds, there were multiple communal spaces so people could spread out, the kitchen was fantastic for eating and playing games! We enjoyed the sauna which got nice and hot as well as the pingpong table! We will be back!

We had a great stay! Joe was incredibly communicative and responsive. He quickly resolved a very minor issue and responded to all questions. The home was very cozy and nestled amongst beautiful trees. We were fortunate to be there around peak fall colors. There were deer around in the evenings as well. The bed was very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Great place to stay!
