Vacation rentals with lake access in Dukes County

Everything was as described. Dawn provided a book with easy to use instructions for the use of all the toys that are available. The house comes fully equipped, all you need is your toothbrush, our host thought of everything. I’m sure she would provide the perfect weather if it were within her ability, but there are plenty of games a puzzles for that rainy day. Thank you Dawn, we all enjoyed our stay Bill Morgan

Just home after a week in this lovely cottage. The location is perfect, near the beach, town centre and on Sider lake. Property wasn't clean on arrival but Brittany was super efficient and dealt with it immediately, and threw in dinner for us too! No one staying in the studio located in the garden while we were there, not sure how we would have felt had there been. Definitely will return and book both the cottage and studio for all the family.

We rented this beautiful home for a bachelorette weekend, it was the perfect spot! We had 9 people and it was more than enough space. So close to all the fun goings on in Oak Bluffs, ride shares are easy and inexpensive. Mary and Joe were so responsive and kind with any question that came up. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot to gather, would recommend for anyone looking for a long or short stay on the vineyard. We will be back!!

don’t even know where to begin on how beautiful this place is. Well kept, spacious, CLEAN. We were in love with the outdoor spaces as well as the living area. Keisha responded quickly to all questions and ensured we had everything we needed. The house being so close to town was the icing on the cake. And there is a friendly older man on the corner, that waived to us everytime we went back to the house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again. Definitely worth every penny.

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. The house is perfectly situated between Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. We all brought bikes, so it was easy and fun to bike to each of the towns. The property is exceptional, the landscaping and privacy are great. The house had PLENTY of room for us, a great kitchen and every room has it's own bathroom which is great. Everything is very up-to-date, really nice appliances. They even had a bike available for my daughter who didn't have one to bring out. We never had time to play tennis but the courts look great and in great condition. Les was a great communicator with lots of info. Definitely cares about it going smoothly for your visit. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful visit for our annual trip of women professionals to MV. Very responsive and home as described. The extras (bikes, beach chairs and floaties) made our trip go with ease. Would stay again.

I could not recommend staying at Brad and Elliott’s enough. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and communicative. Their house is positively gorgeous and in such a beautiful, peaceful area. They thought of absolutely everything for our stay, including suggestions and tips for where to go and how to get around. We hope to be visiting and staying at Brad and Elliott’s again soon!

We loved our stay! The house was secluded & peaceful, but also only 10-15 minute drive from downtown vineyard haven/oak bluffs. The hot tub was so great to have. The house overall was clean & fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, cleaning products, etc. James was also very responsive & accommodating. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location. As described and right in the heart of Oak Bluffs close to, well, EVERYTHING! Would stay again and look fwd to it!

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.
