"M&M" is fully refurbished modern apartment which situated on a 3rd floor of a 4 floor (no elevator) building in a quiet and very green residential area of Lapad. Lapad is known as a favorite place for locals and for tourists with most of Dubrovnik's beaches and parks. Nika’s place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with all you need! The garden was spacious with plenty of seating and the view was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, especially as it was a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the old town! We were in walking distance of bakeries, supermarkets, attractions like the cable cart and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The neighbourhood was quiet, the only noise you would hear would be the street outside but when the windows were closed, it was very peaceful! Nika and the accommodation contact were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely love to visit again!

We loved the accommodation and great location. 5min walk to the bay and restaurants we used as a base and walked to local cafe and Uber to get about. Great local restaurant right on the water front. We got the end of the season so some restaurants and shops shutting down for winter.

An apartment with a lovely view at a beautiful place close to everything. Air conditioning in one of the sleeping rooms, and a fan in the other. Wifi working rather intermittently. A small kitchen with everything you need for a week stay. Tomislav and his family are great hosts. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was by far the BEST airbnb we ever stayed on. The place is absolutely stunning, words cannot describe. The host was extremely attentive to all our needs (we travelled with a baby) and made sure we had the best possible experience. We will definitely return next year.

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!
