Absolutely beautifully decorated home , stunning gardens , gorgeous views down to the river . Loved all the art , especially the ones from local artists. Great for our dogs as well - We could not have asked for anything more to celebrate an early Xmas with family .

What a beautiful place. Elisabeth was really helpful. The house was really well resourced. Really appreciated not having to go out and buy staples that would have been wasted. Having plenty of toilet paper available was a real bonus. The house was walking distance from my family members. Having some toys for the little one was lovely. Thankyou so much.

I've stayed here before. Lovely, relaxed house. Super-comfortable beds with oversized air-conditioners in the bedrooms. Small but very functional full kitchen - I baked food 3 times this week and fried lots. Large, comfortable, private covered area at the back of the house. Very very good value for money.

The cottage was what we needed... a place to sleep after 2 busy days. It is an old farm cottage don't expect anything fancy. Well equipped kitchen. Big fridge. Bread, butter, milk and farm eggs provided was a lovely touch. Stand out was blasting hot water and excellent water pressure and lovely soft towels. you should know that there are rough dirt roads to get there so if you are in a small car after any sort of wet weather it may be a struggle to get there.

Susan’s place is a little gem in Dubbo, from the fresh bead and breakfast platter, the secure dog friendly backyard to the plunge pool, all making us feel at home and refreshed after a long hot day on the road. The bikes were a nice addition for a ride into town to get ice cream.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place, her recommendations for cafes and restaurants were excellent. We tried The Commercial, ate at Press cafe every morning with wonderful service and food and on the last night tried the Indian restaurant up the road and it was second to none. The house was within walking distance (for fit and healthy adults) to all Dubbo has to offer. We were travelling with my elderly family who have some health conditions so it was a bit far for them to walk. The house was furnished beautifully and has such period charm. Grateful for our time spent there.

My Nan and her friends had the most wonderful stay. The house was charming and the grounds were beautiful. They loved the oranges they coud pick from the trees. Thank you for a fantastic few days. They would definitely stay again.

Tracey was extremely friendly and approachable. We arrived in the dark. She came to greet us and show us into the Cellar and was there to say good bye with friendly conversation. We were grateful for the local produce Tracey left for us - honey and eggs - which enhanced our meals. We would definitely stay with Tracey again and recommend her hospitality to all. Thanks Tracey

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house was a great size with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas! we would all live comfortably for the weekend! and it was great we could all stay together in one house! It was reasonably close to town and only 10 minutes from everything we needed! Definitely recommend a stay here!
