The cottage is located on a sheep and cattle grazing property in the Central West near the small village of Goolma. Built in the 1880s, it is renovated for accommodation and perfect for cyclists and people wanting calm quiet tranquility without the distraction of a tv. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry, a living room with a wood stove and lots of books and a kitchen where guests can cook their own meals. There is no wifi but those who have Telstra phones will be able to be online.

You’ll love my place because its located in a quaint village where you can unwind, go for walks, eat in or out or enjoy visiting Shoyen Gardens, Zoo, Wellington Caves, live show (DRTCC) or the cultural centre. You could be wanting somewhere special to stay for a night, a few days weeks or months. The cottage has all modern comforts & is a contemporary interior. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers. Pet fee $15 per pet / per night.

A large BBQ area is situated adjacent to the unit for guest use. Pet friendly with pet enclosure available. Extra charge per night for pets.
