We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

Ray and Lana are fantastic hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend their place. It’s conveniently located near the sea and offers a peaceful atmosphere. We had a very relaxed and quiet holiday at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered every comfort: located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance of the small, delightful town of Bale. An all-round successful stay! Darija is super friendly and supported us with all the questions. Thank you for the great time!!

The place was as described and we had a nice time at Ana's house. She was always easy to reach and very friendly. We were able to enjoy our tranquility on the small covered terrace overlooking the olive trees in the garden. Thanks to air conditioning, you could retreat very well in the hot temperatures inside. The location was great for us. Within a few minutes by car you were on the dog beach and in the city where there are many good restaurants.

Beautiful accommodation and location. Katarina was very kind, offering tips for trips, restaurants, and activities related to Koper and the surrounding area. Everything went smoothly and smoothly.

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. We have had a great time in Tuliševica. The property has a wonderful panoramic view, it is above Lovran. We have spent there a week with our friends and their families. We have enjoyed a lot the panoramic barbecue place and the lovely cooling pool there, as well. Hopefully we get back soon there again!

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

The garden was beautifully maintained and the pool was a real highlight, especially on the hot days. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. A really amazing location. The view of the farm and valley from the apt is dreamy. Franko and Milena were friendly and helpful. We happened to be there as they were harvesting olives and making their olive oil. A great experience. Izola is very close and fun. We explored Koper as well - many winding back streets and shops once you delve in. Piran is beautiful. We rented bikes in Potoroz and rode the sea wall to Piran. A truly magical place. One thing to note: the road up to the farm is very narrow and one lane. We often had to back up and find a driveway to back into to allow other cars to pass by. We took it very slow and it was fine. The view from the road is INCREDIBLE!

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! Excellent from check-in to checkout. Everything went the way you could wish for. Our expectations have been exceeded. The apartment is a dream. There was nothing that didn't exist and everything was sparkling clean. Parking space on the premises or with free parking card in the public square. Separate outdoor seating area for breakfast or relaxing. We were immediately helped with all our questions and concerns. We can definitely recommend the apartment and the nice and friendly people who belong to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. To get to the old town on foot, you have several options, whereby you don't even need 10 minutes for the shortest path with a speedy gait. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank everyone who contributed to it.

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious sea view, the small cozy terrace brightened our stay. The apartment has everything you need and even whiter than we expected. The neighbors are quiet. Convenient parking. The center is about 30 minutes by foot, but we mostly used the car.
