Places to stay in Downtown Tacoma

Pros: My little family stayed here for 12 nights. The bed frame was perfect and low to the ground, making it easy to get in and out of it. The space is thoughtfully laid out and designed. Price was right. The backyard is completely fenced, and there is a bbq grill available for use. Laundromat is only about a minute away, and machines were very updated. I could track the time left right on my phone. No coins required either. Owner lives right upstairs. Host mowed and cleaned up the yard once weather allowed it. He also made sure we didn’t run out of garbage space, since we did have a longer stay. We got to meet David and he was very friendly. Would stay here again. Cons: The bathroom tension rod kept falling down. The microwave is a tad bit high, but I’m only 5ft. There was broken glass behind the shed and deck that my kids picked up. There were a couple of spiky plants that could be pulled out. The bathroom door didn’t have a door stopper.

This designer interior has themed rooms that worked wonderfully as a backdrop for my photography, with excellent beds, spacious kitchen for entertaining, and an amazing bathroom and tub. Will come back again!

Was a very clean and convenient place. Was exactly as described if not better. I would 10/10 recommend staying if you are in the area and in need of a place to stay.

Where do I even start. This air bnb was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect for visiting family, the amenities were above and beyond what I would ever expect; they literally had everything you could need or want, and honestly even more than that. The hosts were kind enough to even decorate the home since we were visiting for Christmas with our 2 toddlers, which made it magical. The house was an amazing layout, the yard is huge, the beds super comfortable, I could go on for days. We would stay here time and time again, cannot get over how amazing it was.

Great little place to stay. Quiet it close enough to the mall and restaurants. Nestled in trees.

Wow! What a beautiful and thoughtful space. If I could’ve moved in permanently I would’ve! Hosts went above and beyond to make my stay an excellent one. Fantastic location!

I loved this place! It’s clean and modern, comfortable sofa and bed, amazing shower, parking, well lit outside the unit. I felt safe. I loved having a washer and dryer. It was so nicely done and so quiet. The host has paid a lot of attention to detail. I am not used to winding roads so that was new to me, but actually there are stores nearby and the Freeway is close. All in all this is an excellent place to stay in Auburn.

Biniam’s townhouse is beautiful. Great location and short drive to Pikes Place. One thing to note is the amount of stairs inside the house. Definitely not accessible for those physically impaired. But was ok for our group! The place is really clean and has such a nice deck, fire pit and table. The bathrooms are very nice with huge showers! Parking is super convenient as well!

Host was a pleasure to work with and the house was fantastic. I had employees stay there for their days off and family came to visit them. She made arrangements for a crib to be delivered for their new baby. Outstanding experience and I look forward to staying at one of her properties again!
