The place was impeccably clean. The hosts are super responsive. We had some issues with a neighbor and the hosts responded at 5AM and contacted the neighbor. Really appreciate their help. The area is really quiet, central, and close to highways. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. The surrounding area is fun & busy, definitely a lot of fun on Friday night and Saturday. The hosts were very helpful and created a great atmosphere with tons of little touches to make your stay feel complete.

Awesome place and awesome host. Greg thought of everything before you could. Location being 10 minutes from the airport was phenomenal. Close to grocery store, shopping and interstate. Typically forgotten items he had such as having laundry pods and makeup remover wipes were a great touch. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Normally we like to stay on a bigger space, for business is just good enough, but for a few days of leisure time, like we said, not big enough. If one has heavy sleeping habits, not bad, but if one has light sleeping habits, if noice is an enemy, well, this is definitely not the place to stay. Arriving and departing airplanes are just above the apartments, all day from about 5:30 am through 10-11:00 pm. Other than that, if that’s not going to interrupt your sleep, then no worries. The place is so clean inside out, comfortable bed, nice neighborhood, next to downtown! Oh, plenty of parking! Thanks!

The Airbnb was conveniently located near the airport and matched the description perfectly. Its proximity to numerous stores made it even more convenient. Although our stay was brief, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

The place exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful property! Travis responded immediately to our questions and was very helpful. My family had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Our family enjoyed their stay in Rommel's property. The instructions we received were easy to understand and easily accessible to see again when needed. The house was beautiful and spacious for everyone. It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Phoenix. The house is close to the highway. It's close to a Walmart and some great restaurants. It's in a great place to experience all areas in and around the PHX area.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around the area. Diane was very accommodating and flexible when it came to an earlier check in time which was very appreciated. Response time was quick and very nice. The house was clean and very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful home! Plenty of seating areas for socializing, playing games, lounging.... This home has ALL the bells and whistles. It is stocked for every season of life with infant dishes, toddler games and carpet for playing cars, tech for teen/adults (loved playing music on Marshal speaker).... Stocked with all the appliances, tools, dishes,....to create beautiful plated family meals. Amazing, interesting, ...lighting. Perfect home for traveling with teen/adult children. We had space and privacy for self care and personal/professional intrests...tasks to complete.

I’ll give 5 stars because nothing was bad enough to drop them a star. The place was cute, clean, and as pictured. It was very basic, limited supplies in the kitchen, not a single wine glass, plastic cups only. Mostly plastic plates (4 ceramic). I think the house is rented for a lot of bachelorette parties based on the automated messages I got about about, but as an adult wanting to use the space and cook dinner, it wasn’t ideal. Only other house issues that wasn’t a big deal was that either the dishwasher or the garbage disposal would work at one time. You had to plug the one in you wanted under the sink but both wouldn’t fit in the outlet. Then by switch on the wall. Good location. Easy parking. The dog next door hung out on the top of the diving fence but luckily he was cute, and didn’t jump all the way over. Overall it was fine but the company needs to just work on some finer details. Communication was adequate.

Everything is good, nice and clean and perfect to 2people business trip. The only thing is it’s on 2nd floor so need to lift heavy luggages up the stairs.

The condo was very clean inside and had everything we needed to start our vacation. It’s close proximity to restaurants, shops and other activities. Overall we had a great stay. The pool was ok but that’s owned by the hotel so has nothing to do with our hosts. Family friendly condo and kids has fun so that’s what matters 👍🏼

No complaints! Check in was easy. The place was a bit bigger than I expected and rooms were clean.

Great stay at Nick's Exactly as nice as listed, as close to Old Town and Fashion Square as it gets. Walkable to Civic Center and all of the Old Town nightlife Quiet community, definitely older so it is peaceful and welcoming. 10 steps away from the public laundry room which is easy to use and location overall is as good as possible for downtown Scottsdale. Nice pool and even nicer gym

Could not have asked for a better experience with host and property. Curtis was very responsive even prior to booking. He was flexible with check in and out, with clear instructions for both. The condo was just as pictured and VERY clean! Like exceptionally clean! They provided soap/shampoo/conditioner/dish soap/laundry detergent which was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was heated so we got to use it during our January stay. The pool and walking path are gated and you must have the key to enter both areas.
