Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown Scottsdale

Perfect location. We did an outdoor workout on the back patio. Cozy space with everything you could need. Will definitely come back!

Joseph was very communicative throughout the entire process with questions, and helped us very quickly. This place was perfect for a small group, and it is very centrally located near many things to do, and places to eat. The pool was an amazing plus, and the check in/ check out was a breeze.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

Alex place was a real treat. It was in a great location, clean and the location was quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants. We attended a Phoenix Suns game and it was within walking distance. Don’t think twice about booking it is well worth it.

We needed a place to crash before an early flight out of Phoenix. Thomasina’s place was clean, comfortable and way more than we needed.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Great location! Had issues with parking (someone parked in our reserved spot the whole time we were there), but hosts were responsive. We ended up trying to find spots that didn’t belong to anyone and also parked in visitor parking. That was a bit stressful, but other than that, it was a great location close to some really cool restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for the stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy home for our family of 4. We appreciate the hospitality for our furry friends too! The house had just about everything we needed, the outdoor area was used quite a bit and we were nearby several of our frequented locations. Definitely would stay again!

Sasha's property was exactly as advertised and quite convertible. The kitchen was amazing if you like to cook. Anything you need was right there other then food items of course. Appliances all modern and in excellent repair. House is spacious for 2-4 people as there are 2 spacious bedrooms. We only used one bedroom. Garage available for use, but washer and dryer. TV in every bedroom and living room. That is unusual usually just in living room. House is clean, comfortable and apparently well maintained. Neighborhood quiet and perfectly located to restaurants and shopping for Scottsdale or Phx. Sasha responds to any messages almost immediately even though it says allow up to 3 hours. We never waited more then 30 minutes for a question we had. We hope to stay here again on future visits, that's how comfortable we were. Thanks Sasha Lisa & Jeanne

Hidden gem close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. I will absolutely stay here again!

The house was great and just as advertised. Rd and the hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had. They also provided many service options for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Scottsdale.

My family and I had a great time at this place. My kids love the futuristic design of the house and all the board games provided. Adrian was very helpful in responding our questions on time. There are also some snacks provided and my kids love them. Although during winter time, the community pool is cold but there is the Kiwanis Recreation Center nearby where indoor heated pool is provided. The place is also close to Walmart and Costco which is quite convenient. We will stay next time.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful condo. Beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoyed the pool. 2 bedrooms upstairs (which I prefer!). It was perfect for our quick trip to Phoenix.

Our stay was wonderful!!! It was close to all the restaurants and all the activities we wanted to do like the desert botanical garden. The Derek was extremely nice and helpful when we had questions. I would absolutely love to stay again!!

We had a great time and very good location for visiting areas north or south we were right in the middle.

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

Lonnie was very responsive and answered questions completely. Quickly helped us out when checking in later than expected. Condo was comfortable and convenient to all we needed to see. Thanks!
