Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown, Sarasota

The location and amenities were as advertised! Needed new batteries for the tv remote and Sterling had them delivered right away (in the rain)! This was my very first Airbnb and would highly recommend this property!

The home was quiet, cozy, and well equipped for travelers Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Very pleasant and nice to work with. It was very clean and nice. The place was close to downtown and beaches, lots to do in the nearbye area. There is way access to a Publix, gas station, and other amenities you’d need while vacationing. We had a really good time here.

We had a great stay. The view is better than the pictures show. The price and location cant be beat. The place is not new but maintained very well and it has a sweet charm. The large couch offers plenty of space and the kitchen has everything you need. If you like soft beds you will sleep well with a great view of the ocean. The communication was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay and I don't think you will find a better value. We will return.

We loved the privacy and quietness of the apartment. Turner was super nice, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was very clean and easy to find. I would definitely book this location again.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed our stay, it was almost perfect. Location is close to everything. All the appliances are incredible. There is plenty of space. And the back area is so peaceful for relaxation.

Sylvie is an excellent host! She made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. Overall this was a lovely stay.

Akira was proactive in calling to make sure I had all the information I needed on my check in day. The kitchen was amazing, with top tier appliances and decorated nicely. Very comfortable home, feels very welcoming.

This property and location are gorgeous. The morning had fantastic seabird viewing and decadent mugs of coffee. The evening had magical lighting around the property and luxurious interior vibes for dinner and drinks. You can't beat your view from the bed in the master bedroom.

Ed and Bunny's place was warm and cozy and had everything we needed to spend a week there, including a private outdoor area to relax, sip cocktails, and have a romantic dinner...which we did! Within walking distance to Gulf Gate Village, which has restaurants and shopping and a Publix grocery store. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in town!

My stay at Andrew’s was fantastic! House and linens were all very clean. Andrew was very responsive and lended us his iron. We felt right at home and had privacy. The location of our stay was also beautiful. My father in law lives in Florida and I will most likely be booking again with Andrew when we visit.

My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks with a 1 week visit from our daughter. The place is quiet, comfortable and directly on the Manatee river. We spent a lot pf time on the large private balcony that faces the river. Anna Maria Island and its beaches is only a few miles away. Shopping on Manatee and Cortez Avenues is minutes away. All in all, the place is wonderful, particularly considering that it was built a little more than 100 years ago, although you would never guess that it was. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Large space, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view and the pool was fantastic. Very proactive and welcoming hosts made our stay simple and easy. Would recommend and would stay here again.

this is a great option for a family or group of people to stay. close to the beach and restaurants. covered garage for 2 cars. beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, toys, coolers and more. we loved the place. I definitely recommend.

This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. The property is quiet and easy to get to attractions in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Property owners were informative and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. We booked at the very last minute due to problems with another hotel, but that didn’t floor Andy and Aleksander. The place was ready for us within an hour. The apartment is beautiful, beds were super comfortable, decor was gorgeous and their thoughtful touches made us feel extra welcome. The apartment was also supplied with beach gear which was awesome. Best of all were the pool and hot tub access in the complex, less than 2min walk from the apartment. The pool was outdoors and heated - not a common combo - so using it in late December was extra fun. The hot tub was kept at a perfect temp and jets were super strong. Great for aching bodies! The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. 5/5, highly recommend, would absolutely come again if we were in the area.
