Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Salt Lake City

Larry was awesome! very helpful during my transition! I stayed for 1-weeks and he was very accommodating! will highly recommend, stay here if you want to be close to convenience and comfort!

Nanou was an exceptional host from start to finish. The unit is easy to access, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nanou responded quickly to all messages throughout our stay and was very sweet in checking in when she noticed we hadn't been there for a couple of days (we booked for 3 weeks but took a few days away, leaving some of our things there while we were away). The location is great - close to a main road but without any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Adam gave very clear directions for locating the listing and for entry. It was just as pictured! One window has a beautiful Mountain View!!! Easy walk to The Complex and restaurants!!! We were very happy with the space!!!

I recently stayed at this stunning artist loft in Salt Lake City, and it exceeded all my expectations. The space is a perfect blend of creativity and comfort, with high ceilings, natural light flooding through large windows, and thoughtful touches that reflect the artist’s personality. The open floor plan makes it feel incredibly spacious, while the cozy furnishings make it warm and inviting. The loft is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—plush bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, as well as 2 external monitors and a printer (!!!). What really sets this place apart are the unique art pieces and eclectic decor that make the space so inspiring. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch or working at the stylish desk, the vibe is undeniably creative and uplifting.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Great place within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe going for daily walks down the street. Space itself was fine nothing fancy but has all the necessities.

Beautiful place for my dad and I to rent for a week for skiing! It was cute, clean and cozy! All newly renovated and views of the mountains from the house. We loved it and would 100% return.

Jake was a fantastic host! He was extremely responsive and accommodating, and the house itself was perfect for a weekend ski getaway!

They’ve done a fantastic job of maintaining a historic house and are very thoughtful about every piece of furniture and decor. They even have motion sensor lights that turn on at night since the bathroom is downstairs. Everything has been very carefully curated. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Lovely little home with lots of nice touches. Hot tub was great: clean and well maintained. The only downside to the location was the terrible smell from the nearby oil refinery anytime the wind blew out of the north or west.

Close to ski canyons. Lovely view of the mountains. Close to shopping/restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

We rented this place to have somewhere to rest our heads and this was great! The hosts were very sweet, and responsive and made sure we were taken care of, even if it was just for one evening. Clean house and loved the welcome book that had ideas of where to eat, things to do in the area etc! Would come back again:)

Fantastic place for a group of people looking to stay in Salt Lake City! The house is around 30 minutes driving to most of the ski resort in the area which we absolutely loved it. It's also close enough to downtown if you are looking for some nice food etc. The house itself is very clean, spacious and with everything you need. I have to say the beds and all bedding stuffs are very comfortable! Oh the backyard is beautiful and huge, I wish we can be there at summer time so we can have some drink in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Christie and her team were absolutely incredible to work with into making even me and my friend's very short stay a superb and smooth experience, with special thanks to her housekeeper for accommodating us with an early check-in. Christie was also very quick with clear responses for any questions I had about the process, especially since it was my very first time booking an Airbnb. And the Airbnb itself was a very comfortable, well kept little abode that still had plenty of space for me and my friend's needs with bonus points for it being in walking distance from "The Complex," where a concert we were going to was being held at. Overall, easiest 5-star rating from us and would absolutely love to book with her again if I ever get the chance!

Amaria’s home was perfect for our getaway weekend. The location was in an area that was walkable and near many stores and restaurants. She had all we needed to cook meals at home and made sure we were well taken care of.

I had an incredible experience staying at Andrew's place! The space was just as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a cozy bed to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the ski resorts and great restaurants nearby. Andrew was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to any questions and offering great local tips that made my trip even more enjoyable.Highly recommend Andrew’s place for anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Great spot at the foot of Solitude. It worked well for our family of five with three kids under 12. There’s one master and a bunk room, but no door between that and the kitchen. Worked great for our family, but something to consider if you want to separate rooms. The building is great with ski locker, hot tub, and underground garage. Nice to be walkable from slopes of your kids get tired and want to go in but you want to keep skiing.

We enjoyed our stay at Powderhorn 503. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The unit updated, the building itself is a bit dated. We enjoyed the fireplace and living area. Seating ample and comfortable. The fabulous dining room table served as a great work area and also a place to dine for some yummy homecooked meals. We would have appreciated some more storage space for our clothes, but made do. Some hooks to hang things on when you enter the unit would also be a bonus. Bathrooms well appointed with ample towels. Beds comfortable. House guide very thorough and detailed with a few things in need of update. However with quick / efficient host communication, we got the correct answers. All in all a nice 4 night stay in Solitude for 4 adults.

This condo is excellent for skiers, it is just a few steps from the chairlift at Solitude Ski Resort. It is inside the Powderhorn Lodge, which is a very nice building. For example, it has a secure-access underground garage (one car per condo, parking is pretty tight at all locations throughout Solitude, but shuttles to SLC, Uber/Lyft, etc is readily available), a ski locker storage area, luggage carts to help you transport your stuff on arrival/departure days, and uses reliable modern RFID key fobs for building and room access. Rick, the AirBnB host, was terrific. He was very responsive in all communications, he provided clear instructions, and was well-organized. The condo unit has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, such as a large table for meals, good beds, good TV, good wifi, and we also appreciated minor details such as extra blankets and an airfryer in the kitchen. A great spot for your vacation, for sure.

This home was great for our ski get away! The location was convenient for getting to the ski mountains and to downtown. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of skiing. We would definitely recommend staying here! The host was also super responsive to any questions we had!

Austin and his brother were awesome. Austin met us to make sure we knew about all of the amenities and showed us around Solitude (I'd been many times before but happy to make sure I knew how everything worked in the 2025 season). Right down the hall from the pool, sauna, and extra showers which we used with our big group, super convenient! There was an in-condo washer-dryer which was awesome and will help with packing next year (I'll bring far fewer base layers since I can wash my stuff). Super convenient to be able to put ski stuff on the porch instead of having to deal with the lockers. Will stay again!
