Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Salt Lake City

The apartment was very clean and cozy, with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Parking was easy to find and close by. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We had to cut our visit short due to a family emergency, but enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at Bella's place for a conference at Salt Palace. The location was fantastic, just across the street from the entrance to the conference. The Airbnb itself was very clean. Entry was easy, the art throughout the Airbnb was beautiful, but the highlight for me was the Espresso Machine. It made a cappucino at the press of a button! I would definitely stay at Bella's place again if I find myself in Salt Lake City.

The apartment was just like the pictures. The location is so close to many restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores. One thing that we didn’t anticipate was how much of a value the covered, secured garage space enhanced our stay. There were some days of snow or rain and we could walk to our clean dry car. Also, we arrived back late sometimes and never had to worry about finding a space. Porter and Taylee are very responsive and operate the space very professionally. We will definitely book it again.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We were there for a show at the Delta Center and it was the perfect location to be. We were able to walk to and from the show and we were right by all the bars and restaurants to be able to park our car when we got there and not have to use it until we left! Anthony was very helpful and responsive and was even able to get us an early check in last minute which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Sterling’s place during a 20 day in SLC. It's a really a nice apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless communication with the host. It is close to the Smith's supermarket, you also have many places nearby, both walking and driving.

We had a fantastic stay during our long weekend in Salt Lake City! The location was perfect for us, just down the road from my cousin’s house and minutes away from beautiful mountain hikes. The listing was exactly as described, and even though the space is attached to the main house, it truly felt like our own private place. Everything we needed was already there, including toiletries, kitchen essentials, towels, and blankets. We couldn’t have asked for more convenience and comfort. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Our family of four agrees that this is the absolute best Airbnb ever! From the time you walk in you feel like you’re visiting a family member who has thought of EVERYTHING to make you at home and comfortable. This place has so many amazing details and incredible amenities and we were completely blown away! It’s gorgeous inside and out and you can’t beat that view from the front porch! Would love to stay here again next time we visit SLC!

Very good location with an expansive view. Adequate parking. Attractive living room. Very usable kitchen. I would recommend this place, and we enjoyed our brief stay there. Family of four had no trouble with the space.

We really enjoyed our stay in Salt Lake City! I loved how convenient it was to walk to the sugar house area with the stores and the park! The view of the mountains is beautiful from The park. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is an awesome deal for a pet friendly stay. Fenced yard. Durable wood and tile floors. Will stay again! It was only 2 of us but this place would be perfect for a family trip. Great natural light with spacious bedrooms and 2 and a 1/4 bath! Great kitchen and roomy fridge. Very quiet neighborhood. A park / playground/ community center is next door . We commuted to Park City and Sugar House for activities. We cooked in, used the roku, and played boardgames as well. Thanks, Lisa!

Home was very comfortable and well stocked for an extended stay. Like new kitchen with everything needed to fix meals. Clean, quality linens in bedrooms and bathrooms. Tons of closet space and hangers. TVs in living area and bedrooms. I had a refreshingly comfortable stay and would recommend it to others. Michael was very attentive to my messages and replied quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Allisons home. It was beautiful & so peaceful. The backyard was such a beautiful view from the kitchen & balcony. Was pleasently surprised that they had so many extras of all supplies. Normally we have to make a trip to the store, but not this time!!👍👍 Communication with Allison & Andrew was easy & any request was taken care of immediately. Definitely will be our Airbnb whenever we're in Utah :) Thanks Allison & Andrew!

This was the perfect place to spend a work week in SLC. The place was comfortable, bigger than it seems at first, and equipped with everything you need. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and very easy to get around SLC from here. The basement suite is beautiful and spacious and the sauna was a nice extra amenity!

Christie was wonderful to work with!! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond with everything and the condo has a super comfy, at-home kinda feel to it!! We had a concert at the delta center and it was an easy walk, even in December! Would definitely book with this host again:)

This condo in Salt Lake’s West Valley is ideally located. It was easily accessible to the airport and all activities. It was quiet, very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. All bedrooms and bathrooms were conveniently on one floor. The condo environment included a nice large landscaped outdoor yard area as well. Miriam was very cordial and provided excellent instructions. We highly recommend Miriam’s condo and would love to stay again.

Great private and spacious place to stay. Amazing location with incredible views. Heather was a great host and had the place immaculate for our stay - it felt like home. So close to the mountains, short drive to Park City and into town. We will be back!

This is a very nice, affordable condo that is 30 minutes from the Cottonwoods. It was my second year to stay there in an early season ski trip. It has a great location, and is very clean and accurately described. I would have liked to stay longer.

Drew's place was great and fully equipped. The zone is quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Thanks Drew for everything.

Beautiful home within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Hosts were very helpful and checked in with us and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.
