Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Salt Lake City

Nanou was an exceptional host from start to finish. The unit is easy to access, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nanou responded quickly to all messages throughout our stay and was very sweet in checking in when she noticed we hadn't been there for a couple of days (we booked for 3 weeks but took a few days away, leaving some of our things there while we were away). The location is great - close to a main road but without any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful Airbnb! We didn’t realize how close we would be to so many great places. It was just a short walk or scooter ride to The Gateway and City Creek which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lupessa is a great Italian restaurant close by. Park City was also only a 30 minute drive. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The Airbnb was clean and cozy which was perfect for our weekend trip to SLC!

My daughter and I had an amazing Christmas thanks to this great, temporary home base. Conveniently located with a short drive to all ski resorts. We loved the covered parking and the spacious kitchen.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

We stayed at Sterling’s place during a 20 day in SLC. It's a really a nice apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless communication with the host. It is close to the Smith's supermarket, you also have many places nearby, both walking and driving.

This basement apartment was exactly as described. We came to ski at Alta and the location was great for us, plus we were close to restaurants and shops. All things considered, it was a good stay. This was my first time staying in an Airbnb that was shared (I usually rent a whole place to myself), and Peggy was pretty up front that we should expect to hear her and her dog moving around upstairs, which we did from time to time. The thermostat for the basement unit was also upstairs with her, though we were able to use a combination of windows and vents to get our desired temperatures. She makes it pretty clear that she can be messaged regarding adjusting the thermostat, but we never felt the need to.

Great stay at Ashley and Benjamin’s place. Super clean and a beautiful equipped kitchen!

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental on our ski trip to Utah. The house is very clean, cozy and equipped with all essentials one might need in a home away from home. Communication with owner was fast and straight forward. We would return to this property if we were in the area again and definitely recommend it!

Matthew place is great. We enjoyed our stay. The location is within a 30 minute drive to everything. The house is huge and he provides a well stock assortment of supplies. He is quick with responding and will try to accommodate you if he can. We hope to rent his place again in on our next trip.

We chose this location, because we wanted to host Christmas and my sister lived very close to this location. The house was REALLY well stocked with cooking essentials and had plenty of space for us to live as a family. Only 3 of us stayed, however we comfortably fit 7 at dinner at for holiday games etc. Great spot! Would definitely go back again.

Felt right at home. Bryson had treats waiting for us at the door and extras such as coffee etc. His place was very clean with lots of fun little extras like books, games, kids toys etc. would definitely book here again.

Close to ski canyons. Lovely view of the mountains. Close to shopping/restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

Nice little house for the area. Hard to find homes close to this industrial area, so this was a nice place to land. Lot's of options for groceries and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Good value for the money spent.

We had a great stay. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house. The location is good for access and there are many nearby restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again

Central, convenient location that is nearby downtown and many restaurants. The Airbnb is stocked with everything you need. Christie was a very attentive and responsive host. The street parking can get tricky since there is an event center nearby the Airbnb, but Christie was able to help us out and it wasn’t an issue

With the open layout and high ceilings, it felt so cozy but spacious. It was extremely quiet. The carport was so nice when it snowed and the gas fireplace was wonderful to come home to when the weather was single digits. Warm, cozy, clean, very well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Check-in was quick and easy. The place was clean and fairly easy to navigate and find. It was a cute little place for my group to stay while we were on a little mini trip for New Year’s celebrations!

Great private and spacious place to stay. Amazing location with incredible views. Heather was a great host and had the place immaculate for our stay - it felt like home. So close to the mountains, short drive to Park City and into town. We will be back!

This is a very nice, affordable condo that is 30 minutes from the Cottonwoods. It was my second year to stay there in an early season ski trip. It has a great location, and is very clean and accurately described. I would have liked to stay longer.

We stayed for two weeks in the nice two-bedroom, one-bathroom, full-kitchen condo and it was great. It is probably the best deal in Salt Lake City for the location, price, and living space. It is only 30 min to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude and 45-60 min to Park City and Deer Valley. This place is your choice if you want to get to the mountains. The host was so nice and had bananas, eggs, bread and all the basic needs to start your stay. I like it and will try to come back again. Thank you for the stay!

What a place this is! Each room with its own theme, everything is so put together and so clean. This is the perfect Airbnb to do a little bit of everything in Salt Lake City. You are just minutes away from downtown, and 30 min away from some of the best skiing and snowboarding Utah has to offer. The space had everything we needed to feel at home while still enjoying our vacation. Will definitely be staying here again! And of course, the hosts were so friendly and had great guidance throughout the process from check in to check out. Very responsive and friendly to communicate with!

Great value to stay on mountain at snowbird. The staff at Iron Blossom lodge were fantastic. The hotel has a simple but clean jacuzzi, outdoor heated pool, and gym. Also has free coffee in the AM and a pretty good restaurant for dinner. The room has a full kitchen, a nice patio, and cable TV. WiFi worked pretty well (definitely fine for emails, documents, streaming video for fun). Host was responsive. You can leave your skis for free at snowbird overnight so the quick walk is very manageable in the morning. My only critique are that the 2 full beds (Murphy and Sofa) and are not the most comfortable (we were fine, but I imagine someone with back or hip issues may not be)
