Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Salt Lake City

Great place, there are actually 2 units next-door to each other. We needed more nights, but our unit was scheduled for some maintenance. Hopey quickly moved us over the other unit and we were good to go!

I had a great overall experience at Phil’s place. Phil is responsive, friendly, and always willing to accommodate our needs. The space is exceptionally clean and private, with well-maintained and tidy bedrooms. However, the noise from the train at night can be a bit bothersome, so light sleepers may want to take that into consideration. Despite this, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others.

This condo was for the most part very quiet. We had an issue with wifi and Leslie worked hard to get it resolved very quickly. It was very comfortable.

Eileen’s condo was perfect for us. We had 2 couples. Just minutes away from our convention and restaurants and shopping. Extremely well stocked.

We came to slc for a skip trip. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place. Was able to hit 3 resorts without any hassle. Jennifer’s place was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer and Sean were amazing hosts as well, very responsive and provided helpful instructions. Would absolutely recommend.

We just stayed 5 nights at Anna's place and had a good time. The condo is easy to find and it is in a great location. It is close to shopping and restaurants and ski resorts. The parking situation is good with one covered spot for the unit. It is necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to the condo. And the loft area has a set of very steep stairs. The condo is clean with a well stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a newer washer/dryer set in the kitchen. The beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable with an additional tv in the master bedroom. As other reviewers have noted the street traffic is pretty loud and not just at rush hour. Some of the worst street traffic was later in the evening kind of like a speedway with loud motorcycle noises. The loft bed has a mattress pad and is not very comfortable if someone is going to sleep there. The living room doubles as the dining area with 2 counter seats for eating + the couch.

I really enjoyed the location. It was easy to get downtown and more comfortable to me than a hotel. The apartment is spacious, clean, and private. I really liked the parking situation with it being behind the house, off the street, and immediately next to the entry. I’d stay there again for sure.

Great spot in a prime SLC location! Beautiful views of the Wasatch from the kitchen window, a nice, quiet complex, and easily walkable/bikeable to everything in the surrounding area. Would 100% book again.

I have stayed in many Airbnb‘s across the world and can honestly say that this was a wonderful stay! The place, itself, was even better than I expected from the pictures. Everything was spotless, and there were plenty of amenities – everything from supplies in the kitchen to toiletries. The unit was very quiet; I did not hear any of the neighbors for the entire week we were staying there. The building is very safe and secured with a gated parking lot and also gated building. The location is in the heart of downtown with plenty of delicious restaurants to well within walking distance. The designated parking spot is also right next to the building. Joshua was one of the most responsive and respectful hosts that I have had. He was very quick to respond and extremely friendly. He made us feel well taken care of during the week!! This was also the easiest checkout that I have ever experienced at a Airbnb. It is 100% worry free – just leave the keys and you’re done! 5 stars!!

Very clean place love the look of the place very modern and clean and Trevor was very responsive when we had questions would stay here again !

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

Lisa's condo was perfect! it was squeaky clean, fully sanitized, comfortable, and felt very homey. she was very responsive with whatever questions I had. highly reccomended and will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay!

Amazing industrial style loft in the heart of downtown!

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

Right on the mountain with access to the rooftop spa, pool and hot tub and private balcony hot tub. Great views and great space!

Great location for staying in LCC

I highly recommend GrandRoad. The property and accommodations were exactly as described. They are also very fast with their responses. I will definitely be booking this location again next year! Highly recommend

This is our second time staying in Anne's place. We love it in Snowbird and in the Iron Blosom. The room is large and comfortable, with fairly easy walking to Snowbird...close to shuttles and short walk to Snowbird Center. This year, I partook in the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate bar on the second floor from 7am - 10am. There is also a game room to enjoy (bring coins) and my husband took advantage of the hot tub every night, while my daughter and I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool every evening. The Wildflower restaurant just down the hall from our room is also great. We recommend the lasagne and the beef short rib!! My daughter highly recommended the kid's cheese pizza from there :) Anne is very communicative and was quick to let me know when the room was available so we could quickly book it the following ski season. Love it there!
