Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Downtown, Long Beach

I had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Super close to Manhattan beach/ LAX/ Hermosa/ coffee shops/ cute restaurants. Popped in for a quick getaway from the Phoenix desert with my mother and brother. Layout of the place was perfect and my brother even had his own personal space in the guest house out back. Would definitely recommend the property/ space to any of my friends. Michelle was super responsive and helpful along the way. Staying at houses can be stressful with checking in sometimes and Michelle was truly eager to assist in any way possible.

Perfect location in Manhattan Beach. Less than 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants and shopping. Super fun time riding the bikes on the strand and finishing the day with the sunset on the top deck. Thank you for making your home available for my family.

This place was very nice inside and we appreciated having 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, which is great for adults. The interior was modern and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful for cool LA nights. The house is centrally located to many LA spots by car (e.g., 20 mins to Venice, Hollywood, Getty, SoFi, etc.), but is not that walkable as the neighborhood is, shall we say, in transition. There are several hip cafes and restaurants that are walkable, however. We had a great stay for our mini-college reunion!

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Great house in a great location!

My family—me, husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 dogs—were required to evacuate due to the Palisades fire. Fortunately, Yonatan was a responsive host who quickly confirmed our request to reserve. The house was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, good layout. There were privacy and space for each of us, adequate room for me to work, and common areas where we could hang as a family (den, dining area, lanai/sun room, side patio with table and chairs). The kitchen was clean, functional and well-stocked with all the basics. The wifi was excellent. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, day and night, and the neighbors were friendly when we walked our dogs. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk or drive. In short, exactly what we needed. I can imagine the house also being great for a group of friends going to an event in LA. Yonatan and his co-host were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Home was exactly how it was described. Kids enjoyed all the toys, books, and space to play. The master bed room was perfect for a family of 5. Host was on point with everything we needed. I would recommend home for large families

Very good communication. Easy instructions, great place for a big family in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen ware. We even got to see fireworks from the theme park! Would stay again if the need arises.

The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The outdoor space in the back of the house around the pool provides a sense of seclusion as well...and the pool is quite a bonus (though a $200 fee for turning on the heat and an extra $100 per day for keeping it on is a little bit steep). The Maimon Group is also extremely responsive to needs. I'd gladly stay here again.

My guests and I had a wonderful time at Paula's property. The house was immaculate and Paula was so kind to leave snacks and a welcome card. The house had everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for the amount of guest we had. My favorite part was the peaceful and serene backyard and of course the relaxing hot tub. Paula was so quick to respond and even let us check in early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paula!

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

Nick’s home was great! There were 3 adults and 5 kids staying there and everybody had their own bed! The inside of the home was clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect location for going to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm (so much better than Disney!). It was also only an hour from Huntington Beach which the kids loved. Unfortunately between our busy schedule and some rain we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but everything seemed fine. I would definitely go back there again.
