Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

Great stay! Maria greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. No issues finding the space, however its not visible from the street -also a good thing. The space and layout was well designed. even though it was small it did not feel that way. everything in the kitchen was so useful and thought out. the bed and linens were very comfortable! also a stay with a parking spot is so convenient. really enjoyed our stay in the rental and the neighborhood. only regret was not taking advantage of the sitting area or the bikes. hopefully we can stay again in the future!

Had a great stay in Manhattan beach! The location was very convenient and just a few minutes walking to the beach and several great restaurants. Kristi was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Terrific!! Dawn’s unit is in a quiet area of Santa Monica that is walkable to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Seamless check in/out process and unit is brand new & super clean. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!!!’

The place is perfect. The apartment is beautiful. Cleanliness is a highlight, everything was neat. The order was perfect. The location is very good as it is close to the pier and the station to take transportation. In my opinion, Santa Monica is the best place to stay if you come to Los Angeles, it is a very quiet and familiar place. This place is perfect, it has an easy access private garage. You really shouldn't hesitate to stay here !

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

I loved the location, it was perfect for us since we needed to be walking distance to Sunset Blvd. for our trip planned. There was not any hot water the entire stay but Sonya was very responsive and tried to get it taken care of so I do appreciate that! Other than the hot water issue I loved everything else. Would go back again.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

The location is fantastic—perched perfectly for amazing views. That said, it’s still Los Angeles, so I’d highly recommend having a car. Checking in can be a bit tricky if you're driving, but the provided instructions are clear and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, and the layout of the place is very well thought out. The dimmable lights add a cozy, welcoming vibe that really makes the space feel like home.

The apartment is spacious and cozy, providing ample space to sleep and relax — a great pied a terre for visitors looking to get around the city's various corners. The building is clean and the heated pool and hot tub are welcome additions. The bus stops outside the building, but a parking spot is available upon request, making it a convenient jumping-off point. Maxime herself was proactive in making sure we were comfortable, reaching out during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with our accommodation. I'll definitely be checking in again next time I visit the city.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! The place was super clean, had the most incredible view of LA and the building is super SAFE and thorough which really stood out to us as travellers. Place was very close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes! James was also amazing to communicate with, quick responding, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first time in LA incredible!
