Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Jacksonville

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. What I liked most about the apartment were the details and the decor. Everything was tasteful! Nice and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of apartments for rent.

This was my second time booking with Ashley. I love her places and I try to book every time I’m in Jacksonville. I will always try to stay with her !

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Wonderful place! Great location, easy parking and precisely how it was described by the owner. It is very quiet and private with an extra comfortable bed and nice shower. I was very pleased.

We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Great house to bring the kids to!

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Kristi's place was just what we needed. Location was close to the beach, just a short drive, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean, the kitchen was stocked w/ all of the essentials which made cooking breakfasts and dinners easy. At one point we had ran out of trash bags (family of 5...lol) so she had one delivered to our door. Kristi was very responsive to any questions we had. One thing I will mention is that the master bedroom does have an extra firm mattress, in case you have any back issues or that isn't your jam. There was another full size bed that was not as firm in the 2nd bedroom and a softer twin in the 3rd. Thank you Kristi for a great stay, we will definitely keep you in mind for future visits.

The host is very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood and amenities is beautiful. The place felt like home. I was extremely comfortable.

Anita’s house was perfect for our Family! The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate us. She had toys & books for our toddler and also bought an inflatable tub for her to use since the house doesn’t have one. Also had a goodie bag of play things for my kiddo and a bottle of wine waiting for me after a long road trip. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The washer didn’t work during our stay but she compensated us with an extra day at no charge! ❤️ We will definitely come back to visit soon

Cindy was an amazing host! The AC wasn’t working when we got there and she came right down and fixed it for us immediately! She was so helpful in giving us recommendations of things to do in the area. The air bnb was in a great location and very safe neighborhood. Very clean and cozy! Would definitely recommend this air bnb and Cindy as a host!

Great location. The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite thing. Would definitely come back.

Perfectly decorated . Clutter free. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Air was ice cold. We seen a deer and 2 fawns while sitting on the balcony at dusk.

A perfect place for our mother/daughter getaway! Right on the beach, lovely pool, outdoor chairs to sit at and enjoy the morning sunshine with our coffee, walking distance to amazing coffee shops and restaurants -- what more could you ask?!!!!

Great time staying here, close to beaches, restaurants and anything you can want to do. Pleasure working with host and would recommend to any staying in the area.

We loved our stay here! Very convenient for a day at the beach, a day trip to St Augustine or checking out the golf in the area. Extremely clean, quiet, peaceful and a great getaway.

We slept great in the comfy bed and were just a few steps away from the beach! It was cool and stormy one night so we were able to stay in and watch movies on the couch! We had a wonderful weekend getaway!

The condo was the perfect escape from the Canadian winter. The location was close to all the amenities that you would need. Gated community was very safe. Easy to get to off the I95. Easy drive to down town and old St Augustine. Would recommend to anybody. Corrie and Christa
