Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown, Baton Rouge

Small beautiful place. Close enough to all the excitement, but just far enough for privacy. I would stay again.

This house was comfy, clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything needed for a home away from home. The area is clean and quiet. The shopping is no further than 10min for any last minute necessities. Along with a good selection of restaurants as well. It is on one floor with no stairs and the parking is perfectly positioned right in front of the door so super easy to load and unload bags n suitcases. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was amazing! Chasity was very responsive and kind and made the visit even more memorable. The airbnb was very cozy and comfortable! There was plenty to do around the listing that was walkable! I can’t wait to go back!

I don’t even know where to start ! I loved everything about this visit. It made me feel as if I were at home for a good price and location. Instructions were definitely clear and hostess was very polite. Definitely would think about booking with Blake in the future for myself or anyone else.

Nicole's place was great! Close and very walkable to LSU. It was the perfect weekend getaway. I was also able to get a lot of work done on my laptop when I wasn't out. Like the description says, you are on the bottom floor of an apartment complex. I had no issues and would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved the layout of the apartment! The location was incredibly convenient—just off the highway yet nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The patio and outdoor space were a personal favorite, but the chimney and high ceilings truly made the space feel special. Everything was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Xavier was very good at giving us the information that we needed. The apartment was decorated very nicely and they supplies almost everything you would need. The only thing I would have added was cream and sugar to go with the coffee supplied. They are older apartments on the outside but Xavier did a good job making the inside modern. There were a few loud neighbors but other then that we had a good stay. We would stay again.

The home was peaceful, clean, secluded and beautiful. There are no complaints if you’re looking to reserve this home.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, great place for us to rest our heads for the week ! Enjoyed our stay and Richie was extremely responsive and helpful on recommendations and anything else. House was great.

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!
