Great house and place to base ourselves to explore Austin. Stayed with our young boys who loved the basketball hoop out the back and yard at front to play. Katy & Rick very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for our short trip to Austin. Had lots of stuff available in the house, everything was in working order, comfortable. About 20-30 minutes to downtown and was a great place to land in the evenings.

Second time to stay at Giovan’s place. Will continue to come back. Easy drive to COTA. Great stay.

Cute, comfy House

Kyle’s place was the perfect stay for our family. The house is a young child’s dream and our 1 year old son felt right at home with all of the toys and comfy crib. The location was ideal for traveling to many of the attractions that Austin has to offer. Kyle was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Bonus points for the couch being very big where 4 people could lay out at night. If traveling with little ones, this is the home for you!

Our stay at Carissa’s Airbnb in Austin was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the house was. It had plenty of space, making it perfect for our group, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also ideal—there were plenty of amenities nearby, including great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Carissa was a fantastic host! She was communicative, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again the next time we’re in Austin!

We had a great stay at Macr’s place! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always quick to answer our questions and guide us when needed. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Zoel’s Place is a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood, especially if you have kids and/or dogs coming with you. We immediately felt at home in a clean and welcoming house. You’d never know pets previously stayed there other than the signs and amenities available (paw washer, yard clean up tools). The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and more including spices, cooking, cleaning and eating utensils. The living areas are comfortable and organized well. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well. Zoel’s Place is highly recommended by everyone in our party, we would absolutely stay here again with our small children and dog. We felt safe, comfortable and welcome the entire time. There are several parks and grocery stores close by.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

This was a great stay! Rachel was responsive with a flexible and easy check-in. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do, but far enough so it wasn't loud at night. I would recommend!

We had a great stay at Flor's place. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Flor was very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Jason’s unit was super nice! It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures & all the building amenities were great. Check in was a breeze and Jason was always responsive and very kind.

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great apartment on the 3rd floor. 2 parking spots included. Close to 6th St restaurants, bars and freeway. I would definitely stay here again for its convenient location. Jason communicates well and very responsive.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

This place was perfectly located — we loved the walkability to Rainey St and the ability to get on the best running trail in Austin in a one min walk from the front door. The condo was spacious and super comfortable. We will stay here again!
