I really enjoyed the building and amenities ! IT was awesome .

This place was so clean and pretty. Cory makes sure you have soap, conditioner, shampoo, laundry detergent everything that you will need he even made sure that you have Q-tips to clean your ears and everything. This was the best Airbnb. I've been to in a while, and I definitely will be checking out some of his other places too.

Ira’s place was so perfect for me, I didn’t want to leave! So close to S Congress and downtown Austin, and I especially loved the balcony and pond in the back. Walk to Noble Joe’s coffee in the morning and Rosita’s Al Pastor. 10/10!

If i could buy this place as-is I totally would. I really like the interior and it was better than staying at a pricey hotel. Prefect for my conference and 3 day stay. Great location. Walkable to Target or Whole Foods if you need anything. Check the cabinets for what is in there. I bought an eyemask and salt but didn't need to. Believe all the positive reviews here and book if you can.

Ray’s place was a delight! He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We originally booked another Airbnb that we had to relocate from last minute due to issues. Ray quickly had the property cleaned and turned around for us within a couple hours, even though he was not expecting to host that day. Whenever we had questions about codes or access to the pool/fitness areas, Ray messaged us back within minutes each time. The area was lovely and convenient. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Even the urgent care was close. The pool was very serene and not busy at all. We loved sitting out there. We would love to stay again!

The place was great and comfortable! Felt right at home. It’s a tinnnnny but hard to find the first time but once you find the right gate/door it’s a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay! Great view and everything matched the description. Clean sheets and everything is very neat and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to many local hotspots.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

The view was amazing! Loved watching all of the activities on Ladybird Lake from the rowing crews to the kayaks, also had a great view of the sunset! The apartment had everything that we needed and I appreciated that both nespresso pods and creamer were left for us as well as a variety of tea. It was a nice check in experience and we were able to check in early for a $35 fee which was worth it. The layout of the apartment as well as the furnishings were top notch. Everything felt very high end and my family really enjoyed it all, especially the comfortable beds. The only downside is that there is currently so much construction all around the area that it was somewhat hard to get around and Rainey Street was not as lively as I expected.

Jason’s unit was super nice! It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures & all the building amenities were great. Check in was a breeze and Jason was always responsive and very kind.

Very luxurious! I really loved the space, felt like a hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. The amenities made it all the more appealing. Easy access, great location, very clean and organized, host communicated everything in great detail so nothing was needed or questioned along the way. I look forward to returning!

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.

This place was perfectly located — we loved the walkability to Rainey St and the ability to get on the best running trail in Austin in a one min walk from the front door. The condo was spacious and super comfortable. We will stay here again!

Perfect play for a large group (especially guys) as you get your own bed, and the backyard is perfect for horsing around. Would stay again.

Perfect place/location/communication!

My family and I needed a last minute place to stay with our kids and dogs when construction in our house went over the expected time frame. We were so happy to have found this gem close by! It was clean, convenient, comfortable and beautiful ly decorated! It felt super peaceful which is exactly what we needed this week! The backyard felt like an oasis of zen. Highly recommend!

Zoel’s Place is a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood, especially if you have kids and/or dogs coming with you. We immediately felt at home in a clean and welcoming house. You’d never know pets previously stayed there other than the signs and amenities available (paw washer, yard clean up tools). The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and more including spices, cooking, cleaning and eating utensils. The living areas are comfortable and organized well. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well. Zoel’s Place is highly recommended by everyone in our party, we would absolutely stay here again with our small children and dog. We felt safe, comfortable and welcome the entire time. There are several parks and grocery stores close by.

Sure! Here's a polished Brad’s place was an amazing retreat! We stayed for a month and enjoyed every second of it. The house was comfortable, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery—perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything we needed. Brad was fantastic at communicating with us throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the spa, he responded quickly, got it fixed, and handled everything very fairly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a getaway that offers the best of both worlds, nature and convenience.

My family and I were very comfortable in Benjamin’s home. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It also had comfy furniture and a kitchen with everything we could possibly need. Communication was top notch! I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!
