We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable, spacious home. Allan was very kind, even helping us to quick dry my daughter's hiking boots! The beds were really comfortable, and the two living room areas even allow family members to relax in their own spaces. With a rental car, the downtown area is just minutes away, and it was easy access to head to out of town destinations.

The place was absolutely wonderful and everything I needed it to be. It caught me off guard that the lock on the door would auto lock after a while too so it made it that much safer in case I forgot to. I also love that for longer stays, you can use the laundry on site. I was worried that I was going to have to go elsewhere. Overall, I had a great time and Ross even listed a bunch of places and restaurants to go check out! He was extremely responsive and I like that in an AirBnb owner. Thanks so much for letting me stay!

Conveniently located in a central area to where we wanted to go while we were in town. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Great water pressure for those who look for that. The only complaint was the bed frame being very squeaky in the bigger room so if you’re a light sleeper, there’s another bed that could accommodate that. Over all, would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Bedrooms comfortable and living area large. The games, fuzz ball table and very large TV made staying in a pleasure. Large dining table meant family style dinners were a great success. Miles was very quick to respond to a couple of requests we had in our 2 weeks stay. We will certainly be back!

Lisa was wonderful! Very communicative and pleasant! Our plans changed twice and she was unbelievably accommodating and kind. Everything was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. We have a trip in NC and I was looking to see if she had something there, I'd love to book with her again!!

Secret Spenard B&B (#2)- Close to the Airport

Room # 2 was everything I was hoping for. The location was close to the airport. There were walking paths close by. She had recommendations for places to eat. It was clean and tidy and had everything I need in the kitchen and bathroom for my 3 day visit. Even though her family lives upstairs I hardly heard them. Happy to stay again!

This place was great. This is the second time we’ve actually stayed here. We come down to Anchorage several times for work . this place is close to everything downtown. It’s quiet and clean and Corbin and Ruby are absolutely awesome. We will be booking this place again for sure.

Allot of space, big kitchen and was well stocked with everything you need for a long stay. I loved the super comfortable seats in the living room and it was great to have the big outdoor space/deck. Just remember it’s a family home so you will hear the daily activities upstairs. A side benefit is that it’s right off the bike trail so it’s an easy and beautiful walk to some really good local restaurants and a frozen yogurt place.

Everything is as advertised. We had a very cozy and relaxing long weekend enjoying the nearby trail and lagoon then lounging in the comfortable recliners by the fireplace or soaking in the hot tub. Close to downtown and a variety of restaurants, cafes, diners, pubs, malls, and groceries. Very responsive host and was quick to answer any and all questions promptly even before we checked in. Was very knowledgeable about local to dos (and what not to do). It may seem silly but they have an excellent welcome binder to get settled and to help plan your visit to Anchorage. Would recommend and would stay again!

Centrally located By The Airport/ Midtown

Was a nice long stay. 3 beds and convenient location. Clean and they supplied a mini Christmas tree! Host is very responsive and helpful! We stayed for about two weeks so really my only thing was wanted a regular broom for daily sweeping but when I asked for something to clean floors they immediately brought over a vacuum and swifter! A larger trash bin would be helpful for longer stays with multiple people but no biggy. The map takes you to the lower unit that’s on a Main Street but access to the upper units are on the back side on a little ally. That made it slightly difficult for orders or rides but don’t let that steer you away! Was comfortable and clean. Great appliances! Would definitely stay again. Well stocked with necessities too! If there was one thing I could add to the kitchen it would be a mixing bowl. I just borrowed from family, no big deal. Thank you Signi Mei! Looking forward to my next visit!

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. There was a nice, full kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and a nice temperature for sleeping. The TV was easy to use. We were really only in the place for sleeping as we had a busy schedule in Anchorage and it was perfect for that.
