Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Albuquerque

We stayed at Roxanne’s place when we were visiting family. She was very accommodating with letting us check in early. House is older but spacious and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and location was super convenient to access all parts of the city. Though we did not have any children the kids bedroom and nook were super cute!

Very nice home for a family gathering, plenty of room inside and out. The Kids enjoyed the bikes and the basketball court and the volleyball area in back.

Everything was great! Charlie and his wife were extremely responsive when we had questions and the place was clean and it was comfortable! Everything was great and yes, I would definitely book it again

Jose's was an affordable and amazing place to stay. The kids loved the trampoline in the backyard and the park next door. It was a safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. The place was a great space for our extended family to celebrate Christmas and have our own space in the bedrooms.

Sarah’s home was immaculately clean and tidy. She even had toys, games, and books for kids. I would happily stay here again.

The house was perfect for what I needed. Lots of space, even though I didn't need it. The garage was great for storage of my extras. It was just as described with easy directions to get to. Shannon was very responsive when I asked anything and checked in with me to make sure everything was going okay. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Sarah’s place is a 5-min walk to the best dog park in the SW! Plus, it’s a great area of town with every eatery, store, and access you could want or need. House is bigger than you’d expect and has room for everyone, including pups!

I have stayed at Eden's place about 3 times a year since 2020. It is always immaculate, with a very well equipped kitchen and extra touches, like a Christmas tree and decorations. Eden is always friendly and responsive.

The recommendations from the host were perfect! Check the guest book and try out what everyone else did. I recommend M’Tuccis restaurant and riding the tram up the Sandia mountains!

Self check-in was straightforward and easy. Street parking was always available right in front of the apartment. The apartment matched the description and was very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive. Check out was easy as well.

Jimmy's Airbnb is a gem! It's in a fantastic location, right next to my favorite coffee shops and restaurants, making every visit to Albuquerque even more enjoyable. This place has become a staple for me—highly recommend!

Wonderful long-term stay, with all the necessities. Apartment was perfect for our needs and the complex in great location in Knob Hill. Host was wonderful to communicate with and had everything just we expected. Albuquerque will be forever in our hearts.

Bill's place is 2 bedrooms located on a quiet residential street. The front looks just like the posted picture. There is another place connected to it which is set back a ways, but is totally not an issue as very quiet and private from the one you'll be in. Bill's place was comfortable for us and we had no issues with anything. What we enjoyed being there was how easy it was to get to "Olde Towne Plaza", museums, zoo, Rio Grande and small restaurants on Central and Nob Hill etc. We did not have to ever get on the freeway to access ABQ places we wanted to go. One can take through streets under the freeways quickly.

Courtney’s house is comfortable, clean, and roomy, enjoyed staying there! The location is urban, walkable to trail along the Rio Grande, downtown, the train station (and the weekly rail yards market), and to a couple of very authentic and tasty Mexican restaurants (Barelas Coffee House and El Modelo) This part of town is a genuine combination of a working class neighborhood, with some mix of grit and gentrification. If you want a gated community or to be among only tourists it’s probably not for you, but it was perfect for me! Very responsible and helpful host who lives right next door as well!

John’s place was fabulous! So easy to get around and the place had everything you could need! We brought my dog and there was a dog park right in front of the condo so that was awesome! Very responsive host with easy directions. I would totally stay there again and definitely recommend John’s place to anybody going to Albuquerque.

I always enjoy staying at this location. Just the right amount of space and it has everything I need. Jeanne and her husband are great hosts, are friendly, communicate, and are responsive.

Good spot for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the place was well equipped. Everything was well labeled, which was helpful for light switches and such. The roof makes some noises, so may not be a great place for light sleepers, but it was fine for me.

Courtney's place was great, very unique. We did have a sleeping homeless man in the stairwell. (he did some very loud snoring lol) but he didn't bother us. We didn't have any trouble with anything. I did wish there was more than 1 key to the door (we did not always arrive together) but it was not a horrible thing--Overall 5 starts, thanks for a great stay!

Douglas's place was a great find for me and my teenager visiting extended family in Albuquerque. There was plenty of space, we had a large well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds and linens. The apartment was just as described and Douglas was super responsive when we had an issue getting inside upon arrival. We would definitely stay again, and will recommend to others.
