I can not say enough about this AirBnb and the hosts! The pictures don’t even do it justice! It was GORGEOUS, clean, peaceful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. I can’t wait to stay again! Great experience!!!

Great stay! The backyard was amazing!

Was amazing. I had a delayed flight I was there traveling to see friends and family. The co host allowed who I was visiting to check in for me. Nice quiet place. Really all you could ever need including a coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry room, pretty much everything said in the listing was in there. Comfortable beds to sleep in. Shower had amenities already there. Decor was beautiful. Easy to understand instructions and communication throughout my stay

The house was great! Hot tub is very nice and big! I didn’t love that one of the cameras in the back was pointed in the vicinity of the hot tub. I don’t know what that camera can see but we were a group of girls by ourselves so that kind of stuff is a little iffy but not a big deal! Only mentioning because I tried to see if cameras were pointing at it beforehand and I couldn’t find that one until we were on the property. It is such a fun house and location! There is a refundable deposit that is made outside of the booking process and is in the listing but not in an area I would necessarily look before booking. Make sure to get trip insurance though! We had a snow storm at home and weren’t sure if we’d make it out of town. I was informed by the host I should have bought trip insurance. I do wish they would have tried to help accommodate us (change dates or something). We weren’t expecting this storm to get as bad as it was so it was too late to cancel. We had a great time though! We had a great stay at Kendra's place. It was clean, well-equipped, and we enjoyed spending time in the garden and on the patios. The location near trails and markets was perfect. Highly recommend!

Has to be one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed. It was so clean, so beautiful, and had a great outdoor space. The shower was incredible and beds were comfortable. It’s close to the university and there are some cool spots nearby. Definitely recommend staying here! We will for sure be back!

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

I stayed at Bill's place for 4 weeks and I thoroughly liked it. I read all the earlier reviews before booking, and everything one needs to know has already been written. I can concur with the positive comments. Some of the earlier reviews also mentioned cockroaches, the heater vent in the floor, the size of the dining space and the soft mattress, but I found all of these to not be a problem. Bill responded to all my questions and concerns quickly. The neighborhood is nice and close to shops and restaurants at Nob Hill, the airport and the interstate. I can recommend this place and would definitely rent it again.

This place was a gem. We booked a last minute trip for a peaceful weekend and this place was exactly what we needed. Clean and serene! And the beds were amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are great, respond very quickly, and gave us a quick tour on arrival which was very helpful. The unit was spotless and had every amenity and more! I was very impressed with all the positive reviews which is why we booked here, and now absolutely can recommend this unit and hosts without reservation. Location was very central to sights and activities! Was a perfect place for two single woman to stay and we felt secure and safe! Bus transportation was available a block away! The casa had more things available than what we expected!
