This is a wonderful apartment that I'd recommend to anyone. The brownstones surrounding Washington Park are beautiful, and being able to stay in one is a truly special experience. The park is lovely and restaurants are a couple of blocks away. I've stayed in several of Lloyd's properties and hope to continue to do so during future visits with family in the area. The woodwork and architecture in this building is exceptional and I so enjoyed the bay window for morning tea. Many thanks!

Was great to stay at Dillon’s place while my husband and I were in town for a concert at MVP arena- super easy walk! As others have mentioned heard neighbors/dogs a little bit, but didn’t bother us too much! Just a couple minor cleanliness things (hair on pillow/shower), but would recommend for anyone needing a quick stay over in downtown Albany!

This flat was super clean, comfy, and quiet, and the host very professional, informative, and responsive. I was in town for a family funeral, and it meant a lot to stay in the historic downtown, where my ancestors had lived much of their lives. The flat managed to have both a modern (uncluttered) and cozy (historical) feel. The bed was super comfortable, there are black-out curtains, and the street is not very busy/quiet, so I slept really well. I also appreciated the flexibility to check in early arriving on a cross-country redeye. There was always parking on the street in front of the building, and though I exceeded the posted time limit, I never got a ticket. Also very conveniently located for walking around downtown Troy and easy to get to other locations on the area. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to visit Troy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gloria’s apartment. The space was impeccably clean, which speaks volumes about Gloria’s attention to detail and her high standards of cleanliness. You can tell she is a true perfectionist when it comes to maintaining her place. Beyond that, Gloria is incredibly warm and welcoming, always making sure her guests feel right at home. She was extremely responsive to any messages we sent, and if any issues arose, she was quick to address and resolve them. The apartment itself is in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of services and amenities nearby, making it a convenient and enjoyable location. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

Dan was an excellent host, and I enjoyed my two nights there. Easy to find, place was very clean. Smiled when I saw the sweet and salty snacks. 😊 Bed is SUPER comfortable, love that mattress and the long pillows. Even down to the sheets and comforter. Bathroom had what I often forget... shampoo, qtips, floss picks. Shower was a little tight if you're well over six feet. Water nice and hot, with pressure. TV is well positioned for the couch. Couch long enough if you're 6' or under, but I didn't try to pull out the bed. Netflix and Hulu was a nice treat. Outside noise didn't get in as much as I expected (busy area), my only complaint was child running back and forth above me not long after 8am on a Sunday, but that's technically outside of 'quiet hours". Can hear foot traffic above fairly well, but was quiet at night. Everything else was great, and Dan made my check-in extremely easy and was quick to encourage me to let him know if I needed anything. Five stars.

Great place to stay! Very clean and very convenient. I stayed there for over a month and it felt like home while I was there. I felt safe there coming and going as the house has motion lights outside. Luis is very helpful, communicative and responsive. I would definitely recommend a short or long term stay.

Such a gem of an airbnb! Was simply amazed at how well done everything in the apartment was and how beautifully decorated. You walk in and instantly feel at home and lucky that this is a space you can spend time! The apartment was super spacious, beds really comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had every item you would need for a short or long stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and super helpful with any questions I had regarding the area. Loved being a short drive to Albany and Troy as well as a short walk to Peebles State Park that had an awesome trail! I highly recommend this airbnb and hope to stay again!

Seth is definitely a “super host”! Instructions were very detailed and perfect! The suggestions for restaurants and things to do was extensive. The location was perfect for our visit to Valatie. I have never been to an Airbnb that was this clean - impeccable! The small back porch with a view of the river was awesome! I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

I’m a travel nurse and enjoyed finding this place close to AMC . It’s a spacious 1 Bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed , well equipped kitchen , I appreciated the blackout curtains- to keep out light and a bit of cold draft . Owner very responsive and friendly. It’s a older home with character, parking available, or lots of free street parking

Brian's listing was very cozy, and in a very convenient location with walkable distance to grocert stores. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect for short or longer stays with comfortable bedding.

I chose this place based on its homey description and modern layout. The hot tub was the cherry on top and a great way to unwind after a long day of driving. Very peaceful surroundings. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay again. A few tips (not negatives, just good to know): the front door sticks a bit so give it a nice push to open, the shower and bathroom faucets take a few minutes to warm up and the bed’s mattress/pillows are on the softer end. I personally liked it and slept really well.

Ronnie’s Place was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend as a place to stay if in the Capital Region area as it’s locally on the outskirts of Albany. We were in New York to celebrate a Grandchild’s Sweet 16th Birthday” & “Holiday’s” This place was great for our family visit and made it easier on us. Everything was immaculate & clean. One of my favorites was the bathroom/laundry room it was so nicely decorated with items for laundry use but placed it these awesome essentials bottles. I may add something like that to my laundry room LOL. We didn’t get to utilize the other great amenities due to the weather. We differently will come back again soon as we travel to New York frequently.

Victoria and Dave were wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They were very responsive and everything you could think of was provided for; from cooking essentials to extra treats and towels for the pool. My son loved the pool and walking trail behind the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

A peaceful, private, comfortable, extremely clean, place to stay. Pretty much has everything you need with the exception of “personals”. Perfect place. This was our second time staying and Miriam is fantastic to communicate with. Very friendly, welcoming, and responds quickly if needed. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere each flat provides. Definitely worth the price.

This was my 2nd time staying here and yet again exceeded expectations! Absolutely love this place. It's comfy and cozy. Miriam is always quick to respond when needing anything. Place is very clean, beds are super comfy. The jacuzzi bath tub is amazing and so relaxing. Would Absolutely stay here a 3rd time!
