Vacation rentals with a patio in Downers Grove

We wanted a place by our friends house. This was perfect, cute place, had all the basics and host was cute to have some water and snacks for us.

Great place. Spacious, clean, quiet. If this is the neighborhood you're looking for then this is a aces.

Great home in a great area! We loved the house it was just what we needed for our trip to Chicago.

The place was quiet, beautiful setting, walkable to coffee shop, restaurants.

Clean, felt like right at home, the electric fireplace was very comfortable when we needed a little bit more heat in the room, bathroom and shower were very clean and pristine no problems, would book again if we needed a place to stay the night.

Overall great for our second stay at Craig's place. Walkable neighborhood with easy parking. Comfortable place exactly as described. Easy to check in/out on our own, and Craig is a great communicator who went above and beyond when we messed up on something. Thanks so much!

My friends and I had a great time. Stephany was SUPER friendly and VERY responsive, which is awesome. The bathrooms were pristine and the beds were sooooo comfortable.

This was a great place for my family and I. We have a special needs daughter that we typically need a special place to stay at, mostly that is safe for her. This was the place. We felt at home and cozy. We will definitely keep it on our list of favorites!

I have stayed at Yuyi’s place multiple times. It’s big, airy and very comfortable. I had special circumstances this last trip and Yuyi was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place .

We had a nice stay over Christmas. The neighborhood felt safe and was close enough to get downtown quickly. I had a couple questions about the thermostat and Feven was immediately responsive and got it set up for me. As others have noted, it is three sets of stairs to get into the unit. We didn’t mind but others may need to keep that in mind.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s completely as advertised. In town for convention and it was an easy drive to McCormack convention center each day.

John’s place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was immaculate and we appreciated the nespresso machine and pods. The location was excellent, many food and drink choices right outside the door. It was amazing to have our own parking spot! There are a lot of stairs but that is expected in the city. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends.

Allen’s condo is just as described. It is a beautiful space and just right for two couples. Allen was very thoughtful leaving a small Christmas tree and bubbly for the New Years holiday. He was easy to communicate with and always available. It is a very walkable area with great restaurants. The only things I would mention would be that there is a steep set of stairs up to the apartment, the den is open to the living room, so isn’t really a private space and it was loud for the holiday (which we expected). Ideally I would bring earplugs if you’re visiting during a period that the club next door will be loud.
