Check in was smooth. I arrived a bit early & he was great about letting me know that it ok to get in early. Place is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Mackenzie and Mike were excellent hosts. They were communicative leading up to our visit, and during, and provided all the required information for a seamless check in. The cottage was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. Not to mention, the serene surroundings which made it the perfect winter getaway. I highly recommend this listing! We will definitely visit again.

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

A wonderful escape from the city for any couple or family! Everything you honestly need is right in the cottage. We had a wonderful time just relaxing, cooking together and making great memories spending quality time with each other. The hot tub & fire pit made it extra special, this was my son’s favourite part! We look forward to returning in the warmer months to take full advantage of the beautiful lake views & access!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at a lovely cottage in Minden Hills, Ontario, to celebrate the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the peaceful surroundings and the picturesque winter landscape. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was how responsive and helpful Paul was. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to reply and always made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness added a personal touch that truly elevated our trip. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and access to nearby trails for winter walks. We spent our evenings relaxing by the fire and enjoying the quiet beauty of the snowy woods. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals, and the thoughtful details throughout the cottage made us feel right at home. Thank you paul for everything - can’t wait to return

This cottage is an absolute gem. We had the best time, as did our golden retriever, by far one of his funnest weekends ever!!! The sandy beach was perfect for him. We loved the docks, kayaks, row boat, paddle board, all so fun and peaceful on the calm lake. The cottage was in a great location, easy to find. The inside of the cottage was so cozy. Minden is so close and such a cute town. Thank you!!!

We had a great holiday at Lenin's house, the house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The fireplace is perfect for winter and the kitchen is very friendly. We will come back for sure.

The trailer had everything we needed for a family vacation. The part of the trailer with the kids bunks was very spacious with a play area and there were toys and games for the kids to play with. The pool at the campground had two lifeguards at all times, which I was very happy with. The campground also had a small Beach with a lot of communal toys to share. Racheal was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We really appreciated that she let us know ahead of time that there was an event at the campground for the kids on the day that we were arriving so that we could be prepared and enjoy it. We did a day trip to the Warsaw caves which I would definitely recommend!

We were very fortunate to spend Thanksgiving weekend at the Treehouse. The treehouse is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, with abundance of thoughtful touches and oh so charming! The treehouse is located in the heart of a well-taken care of forest with clearly marked trails. The hosts were very responsive, welcoming, thoughtful and we thoroughly enjoyed the local recommendations provided. We hope to be back!

Quaint, peaceful and scenic stay for a relaxing weekend. The cabin was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The private beach across the cabins is an added bonus.

Great place to stay for a longer time like we needed. Frank was always very responsive. A good location as well, its not a long drive to shops and restaurants but the house itself is in a fairly quiet area. Would definitely stay here again if a need arises.

This was a fun, peaceful trailer park resort with amazing amenities and gorgeous surroundings. While the trailer homes were close to each other, the fact that it was a quiet family environment, and that our spot was positioned towards the woods and had just the right window dressings, meant that we still had all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely consider coming back again. Jacqueline's place was a great place to rest up after a fun day.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here - a quiet peaceful place in a beautiful cottage. The bedrooms were in different areas of the home so late-night TV watching from one room wasn't heard in other locations. The kitchen was gorgeous overlooking the backyard and lagoon, with a large family area just beside it. We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The two hosts - Darla and Dave - were wonderful and gave us a quick tour of their place when we arrived, and quickly responded to a text message while we were staying there. Lovely place, highly recommended!

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

We had an amazing stay at Oren‘s place. It’s a beautiful property, and the perfect place for a little getaway. Warren was extremely communicative and easy to reach. He helped us navigate through the house with ease. It accommodates up to 16 people and has 14 beds which was more than enough for my entire family. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, spacious cottage with a private walk-in beach. The amenities were fantastic, and the strong Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. Fabian was an outstanding host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. My family truly cherished our time here, and we’re already looking forward to booking again for a winter getaway! The private beach was perfect, with plenty of soft sand for the little ones to play on. The sunny days allowed us to fully enjoy the beach, and we made great use of the kayaks, canoes, and the beach volleyball net, along with a variety of balls provided. The cottage itself was well-equipped with a spacious kitchen, cozy living areas, and comfortable bedrooms, making it a great place to unwind after a day of fun. We loved having outdoor seating for meals and games! We all had an absolute blast and created unforgettable memories. Thank you, Fabian, for making our stay so enjoyable!

I was searching for a place all my family can gather for thanksgiving. It was perfect for all, older teens had a great time with the pool table. Younger ones loved the basket ball and tennis. Lots of room. Everyone slept very comfortable. We had a fire at night which everyone enjoyed. It had everything we needed.

We were 8 guys (with possible of more) coming to see a sick friend who is unfortunately nearing the end of life. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. The weekend was quite cold but the place was welcoming enough that we mostly stayed inside and caught up with old friends. Thank you so much for accommodating our group, you have a very special home!

Mindy is an amazing and great host, as you can read through other reviews as well. But, the place: this place is a gem, I would say it's not for everyone. The view, the quiet, the surrounding...are all very unique. The place can be definately a romantic getaway, but also it is very poetic one. When you learn about the history of this Cabin, you realize it has been the destination for some known artists. This place is very green, it means: it requires lots of love and care, so please make sure to read all the instructions, it's not a hotel. Many great attractions to find around the area. The owner also has a cottage beside this Cabin. For me it was great to meet her and learn about the area and the history behind it. I needed a few nights disconnect from the city, and this cabin made it happen. Very thankful for this experience and I will definately come back.

My family of 9 adults had an awesome weekend at Priyanka's! There was plenty of space in the cottage to comfortably sleep, along with a big comfy couch for watching movies. The kitchen was also fully stocked and a big plus was the Keurig machine which we used every morning before going down to the dock for some time in the sun. Just down the driveway and across the road, the lake access made it a fun space for water activities. We used the provided canoe and inflatable boat. Plus, we brought our own kayak and had no issue loading it on and off the car from this area. The dock is wobbly, however, we had no issue with getting from one end to the other where the floating dock attachment was a great spot for relaxing in the sun. For those of us who stayed on the grass area, there were plenty of Muskoka chairs to relax. For the nights, we finished off with spending time at the fire pit and brought sticks for roasting marshmallows. Overall, great time with the fam and great stay!
